  Correcta relación calidad precio

  Hotel bien situado, con servicios correctos en general, buen desayuno, aunque por el precio se queda algo justo al menos para los clásicos en lo que a cocina respecta. Buenas habitaciones, bar y restaurante, un buen lugar para alojarse por negocios. Eché de menos una terraza donde tomar algo. Cuando vuelva a Shaghai... buscaré más opciones..

  Stay perfect

  I stay this hotel 3weeks with my husband. He come for business and I am just with him. so hole day I am free, but hotel staffs were always smile and so kind, even the house keeper and gyms people... I was very comfortable stay. Especially at breakfast miss Chaymaa always take care and help me a lots, so for her my day was nice started. Also at dinner, almost everyday we ate Italian restaurant DOCG ,also all staffs were kind and they accept our small request... But one time hotel made a mistake at 4:00AM wake up call to our room but later apologized and give us 2000 Marriott point. So nothing to say, just Thank you very much make us feel at home our long stay. For sure we will come back !

  A pocket full of brilliance

  Visiting Shanghai for a couple of times is one of the best life experiences I had except for some hotel experiences (some rip-offs at even 5 stars). However, gratefully I had a fantastic stay with you guys at the very first time. Highlighted thanks to Chaymaa, if I spell correctly her name. The warmth, consistency, and cutting-edge services she provided is unforgetable. And of course, to the rest of the team, I salute. Cheers! Happy New Year.

  Incredible Service

  I was planning to come back to this hotel soon for a business trip but with the current situation it got postponed. This hotel is my second home in Shanghai and each time I stay there I receive a wonderful service from all the stuff of the hotel. There was a foreigner staff , I think her name is Chayma, she was absolutely nice with us and always helping us if we need anything. Also the reception team was very professional and the food in breakfast was exactly what we like. Price wise the stay was affordable and it is highly recommended to choose that hotel for your next trip when in Shanghai.

  Exceptional service and lovely experience

  We stayed here for a few days and service from the check in until we were settled in our room was very good. We also had exceptional service from one of the foreign staff, if I recall, her name was Chayma. She had a great sense of hospitality and took very good care of us. Would definitely recommend to travellers and looking forward to our next trip
