  A Gem

  We had another lovely stay, the room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and Sarah is very knowledgeable about gluten free and vegetarian requirements and didn't make a fuss. Lovely to chat with Ken as hes always entertaining. Highly recommended!

  Best bnb in blackpool

  Woww what a gem we have came across. We booked a last minute trip away and we came across this beauty. From the minute we first contacted we knew we were going to enjoy the stay. We arrived on the sunday evening to a very warm welcome from sarah. Explained everything and was so welcoming. We went up to our family room (room 6). We were delighted with it 2 rooms in one a double bed and in conjoininh room bunks and a single bed. Plenty of room and spotless clean. The nxt morning we went for breakfast perfect times between 9 and 10 perfect for families. Plenfy of apple and orange juice. Great size portion of breakfast which was fresh and piping hot plenty aswell to fill you for the day. Could not fault this place at all. Perfect for families perfect location clean comfortable and lovely breakfast. Could not have asked for more. Ken and sarah are so friendly and welcoming and will certainly be staying in the future.   Bank holiday get away

  Stayed here from sunday to tuesday had a lovely stay rooms were pristine the breakfasts were lovely and they catered for my partner the hosts were lovely aswell would stay here again and again thank you

  just got back from are weekend in blackpool and had to right this report.....when we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome witch is allways good the room we was given was lovely (5) everything was matching just showing that bit of extra care the bed was so very comfy and the on sweet was just the same with little added touch:s...plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits and sweets..also 2 bottles of water witch I thought was realy good..the breakfast was great all fresh and no grease on the plate..as for the bar I cannot comment as we never used it but all in all I would tottaly recommend staying hear,, thank you both for a lovely stay.

  Just back from a fantastic week in Blackpool. Thanks again Sarah and Ken you really made us so welcome again and you were so very kind to Shannon and Finley If anyone is going to Blackpool as a family this is the place you must stay, the rooms are so comfortable and the breakfast is superb See you again soon
