  Good stat

  We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in May. The hotel arranged a transfer, which was very smooth, for 100 zloty. Our room was on the 3rd floor. There is no lift, which didnt bother us, but may be worth bearing in mind if youre not very mobile. The room was very light, with 3 large windows and decent electric lighting (I find hotel lighting poor generally, especially for doing makeup! This made a nice change!) The bathroom was small but clean - the shower head was a rainfall one but in a tiny cubicle which made manoeuvring even to rinse your hair a bit tricky. The bed was soft, comfortable and sheets changed daily - the only issue there was the pillows which were tiny and more like cushions. There was a kettle and a hairdryer (the type that is attached to the wall and you have to hold the button in on; I recommends you bring your own unless you have very short hair!) We didnt have breakfast included but paid for it on the last day as we had an early start. It was 30 zloty each (£6) - in all honesty there are MUCH better options locally for similar money so unless you are leaving very early I wouldnt bother. Overall, we were happy with the hotel for the money. It was clean and staff were friendly. The location was great for us - it was a 15-20 minute walk into the old town but there were loads of great bars and restaurants near the hotel that were less touristy and cheaper than the main square anyway!

  Lovely townhouse

  When we first went through the unassuming side entrance (just round from the Josefa street side) we found a small lobby and a pleasant person behind it. You can't mistake where to go as the lovely dark well worn stairs are right in front of you, to the right is the hotel entrance to their bar. Old house, no lift, no problem (we saw this on TripAdvisor..), our room was on the first floor so no worries. The room was lovely, plenty of space and a lovely chandelier! Bathroom small but pleasant, curvy doored shower cubicle which closed and stayed closed, nice showerhead. The bed was very soft as were the pillows and may not be right for everyone; although it was a double bed we had 2 individual duvets which we had to use to make a bigger one (saved my partners usual hogging the duvet). A bit strange but no problem for us. We did not use the bar but only because we were out and about so much. We would use this hotel again, especially for it's excellent location on Josefa street.

  quaint and authentic

  lovely charming hotel with character and history. great location, lovely bathroom, and very comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely, and plenty of it! staff were nice and let us hang out in the café until we left for airport. would stay again!

  Great stay

  A lovely, smart, efficient hotel with great young staff all so helpful. A nice bar, great value all round. Ideal location for bars and restaurants all on the doorstep. A 20 minute walk to the main square is a delight.

  Hotel muy acogedor

  Hotel en barrio judio Cracovia. Muy limpio, acogedor, habitacion amplia, desayuno variado y muy bueno, personal muy amable. Cerca bus te lleva estacion y andando a 10 de casco historico. Zona con muchos bares y restaurantes.
