    Horrible experience

    I booked this hotel on orbitz and paid for the hotel the day I booked it. Upon arrival several weeks later the hotel said they did receive payment and I needed to repay. Since I had been dropped off by a taxi I went ahead and repaid but later on that evening the staff said they did receive my payment and offered me a refund which was cool. But the room was tiny and smelly and the bathroom had a bunch of dead bugs on the floor. Book this room if you're balling on a budget.

    Terrible terrible terrible. Use mobile number as hotel official number. Whenever called it is really hard for them to answer. When they answer the phone, they will abrubtly hang up with no proper salutation. When called again,nobody answered the phone. Terrible customer service. Not reccommended at all.

    Go and stay if you like terrible hotel

    The front desk was inefficient and not systematic. The staff even asked me to the hotel next door (which belongs to the same hotel but different name) to check-in. The room was smelly and the bed sheet looked dirty. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. There was no hairdryer provided and when we asked the staff, he replied "this is a budget hotel, don't expect so much". In short, this is a budget hotel, please do not expect too much.

    this is my first and last stay lol wouldn't waste any more penny in this hotel even tho its cheap. You can easily hear footsteps outside the of the room so imagine if people make noises. oh gosh. there's a convinient store located 200 metres from here. and that's all. of course malls are accessible by Uber. anyway, thanks.
