Needs an upgradeHad to leave after a nights sleep. The service was slow and at times it felt like they were students practicing at the hotel, you'd see that puzzled look when you request or ask for something. The view that would be the redeeming factor of this hotel. This hotel has 5 floors, but it is missing something called an "Elevator". I feel sorry for those people who are bound to a chair, they would never get the chance to enjoy the night sky.

very dissapointedI am lost of words... i am overwhelmed with disappointment. The hotel is disgusting and needs a renovation... No proper maintenance, poor housekeeping(or should i say..NO HOUSEKEEPING). We waited at the lobby for about an hour to be led in the filthy room...the windows, toilet bowl, and tub were dirty. We didn't get the room we reserved(garden suite) because the cable was down but the other room's cable is not working too(celestial suite) I thought the reason why we wait is because they are preparing the room to be habitable... but to my dismay it is HORRIBLE!!! There are nude painting on the walls of our room (i have nothing against artist who like painting nude but it just doesn't feels right to see it there in the room) The pool looks like a pond.. it was scary to swim.. you might get skin diseases taking a dip on it . The food can be good if they served it warm. But my husband have a different opinion about food though.. he said the french toast suck, they had no bacon even though it was on the menu. My husband and I will never ever go back in this hotel... Too pricey for the service they are offering.. And the funny part is... it cost more on the weekend.. lolol. (i mean why?? it's not like they are gonna be full) i only saw ONE guest.. friendly staff though, i guess it's too much for being lost of words.

Poor Hotel MaintenanceWe went there for a star gazing and to try their large telescope but we failed to see the planets because it is cloudy. The hotel needs renovation. The room was dirty same with their pool. Not recommending to anyone.

Could have been betterThis used to be one of those "must to go" places in Antipolo a few years back... now it has been neglected, so sad. We've been trying to book a room here since Sept last year for the New Year and to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday... We finally got the room that we wanted around last week on Nov. Despite all the negative feedbacks, we still chose this hotel because it would perfectly give a good look-out for the fireworks celebration. Like what the other writers said, it has poor management and really needs major renovation and most importantly CLEANING! All amenities are still available like in most hotels, we just had trouble with the wifi in our floor. It was almost 10pm when it was fixed coz of just 1 "extra" letter in the password. This is really clumsy, I must say. I cannot say all bad things about our stay. The FOOD was still delicious coz the chef or it's kitchen staff still went thru training under CCA or The Orange Place. If you've been a regular diner at Katipunan, you would know how they prepare their food. And may I commend the LOYAL and patient staff, from the kitchen to the service crew and the young man from the reception area who still served us and put much effort to make our stay all worth while. If they would only renovate this and clean it religiously, it will be back on the "to go" list of Antipolo :)

Not well maintainedNot well maintained. Room pics uploaded are too old. Furniture sets are deteriorated. City view is not that good. Service was bad, there's no elevator and staff didn't even help us with our bags. Location is hard to find. Refunded our payment.
