  If you have money, go to another hotel!

  If you book an apartment(all apts are on the 5th floor), call before you book to see if elevator works because in the 5 days we stayed there, it never worked and i believe it never ever works! There is internet only in the lobby and the restaurant. Our apt was ok, 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms clean but the curtains were broken and in the early morning the room was bright from the sun. The restaurant and common areas were dirty. Indoor swimming pool has tons of dry/dead plants and the outside swimming pool could have been better it they mow the grass. We took the breakfast and dinner included but it was not good and drinks were expensive, like in a 5 star hotel but with service and accomodation of a 2 star hotel. None of the 3 receptionist i met spoke english. I guess for the price it was ok, maybe i went in the wrong time and the staff was not the right one, but definitely i wont go back neither i would recommend this place.

  irresponsible staff

  The room was nice and spacious, the spa and sauna were great. The staff was ok. Negative was when we wanted to check out there was no one at the reception, nobody else knew how to work reception, we are waiting still and and it has been over an hour.

  Nice place close to Bansko with mineral water pools

  We have stayed at this hotel during the summer and winter and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has inside and outside pool with mineral water, spacious rooms and studios, great for families with children. Its 5 min away from Bansko with a car and 10 minutes from Dobrinishte where you can ski and hike during the summer.

  Great place

  We had a great time at the hotel. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Room was tidy and clean, beds very comfortable, lovey accommodation. The food was great, plenty of choices. The staff was really helpful and very friendly.

  Horrible, would not recommend!

  We decided to book this hotel for new year's with 10 of our friends (couples only). Bellow I am going to list why this hotel is not suitable at all. - The food here is not well cooked and even stale - The room's were not cleaned at all - We met the manager and it was like talking to a brick wall. No answer at all. - We had to pay 3 BGN for our slipper's and robe's. Why when this is a spa hotel? - No heating and the elevator was broken - In one of the rooms there was even moss - The staff is misleading, but not all of them. I would not recommend at all!
