    Bien situado

Worst hotel I have been to

Very bad hotel. The room we slept in had a very bad smell. Dirty sheets. The window of the room is direct to the outdoor resting area. You can't open the window because everyone sitting on the opposite side will be sharing you privacy. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is horrible their is no variety. And the boiled eggs were cold. I think they were from the day before ,not freshly done. It was the worst experience ever. I think its a petty to have such a great location for such a bad hotel. The hygiene is almost zero . This hotel should have one star.

    Beautiful hotel

Clean hotel , clean rooms . 800 metres from area with bars , cafe and restaurants. The stuff was very kind and helpful . Tasty English breakfast . The old town is near to the hotel and the price for a taxi is 0.75 euro cents !!!

perfect for a few night stay

Every time when I need to sleep at city Plovdiv with friends or with collages for work I choose this hotel! There is a parking, near a good pizza place and very good breakfast! The rooms are big and comfortable with big windows.

You get what you pay for!

Hotel is quite dark and the foyer is gloomy. Staff behind the reception were friendly enough - English spoken. Rooms are very tired - our carpet was covered in cigarette burns - no tea/coffee provided or cups etc but interestingly a kettle. Small fridge in room but it wasn't switched on. TV had one English speaking channel showing old films. Soap and shampoo provided in the shower room. on the whole no real selling points - we used the hotel as an overnight stop which was adequate. Not expensive. Funniest breakfast ever though!! Small downstairs breakfast room actually quite nicely decorated. Ladies behind the bar area each morning spoke very little English - to the extent that neither understood our request for hot water. The coffee given was out of a machine which served cold coffee. When mentioned that the coffee was always cold we were met with a shrug of shoulders and just "machine" mentioned. Did discover if you asked for tea you got a cup of hot water with a separate teabag so we poured the hot water into the cold coffee - that just about worked. All breakfast offerings were stone cold - in a small silver covered breakfast server but not flame lit beneath so cold hot dog sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs. Pointed out that everything was cold so lady helpfully went and lit the small flame beneath but of course that was far too late. Microwave eventually used which of course nuked everything so still inedible. Toaster was ancient but did toast either of the two choices of sliced bread on offer. Cheeses and hams, jams, honey and cold boiled eggs also on offer together with extremely sub standard juices which we just called orange and green as we think they were supposed to be OJ and Apple juice but were diluted so much it was hard to tell. There were a few apples on offer but of course these were all bruised or had holes in them. Apart from that it was fine!!! Our room was not made up during our stay.
