  Disappointed

  Disappointed... Booked two rooms. Had to cancel one room because of a funeral. Notified 7 days... I had to pay for the Extra room. They say they have free cancellation... no way.. I have been going there for the past 3years. No loyalty to their clients. A disgrace. No compassion. Further, you have to take your own rubbish to the big bin outside. No change of towels. No room service. And I paid $900.00. I asked to have a conversation with the manager. The front desk said she would contact me. Then today, when leaving, I was told she was away till Tuesday. No one to talk this over with. A real shame. Very disappointed as this was the 3rd time I have been here. And I need to visit Forester every year... I have many friends here. Sad!!!

  Excellent as always.

  My husband and I visited Sevan again for a restful weekend away and we certainly received this. We have had numerous stays at Sevan and all have been great. We love the central location and room cleanliness and amenities. We are definitely looking forward to another long weekend visit again in November with our family.

  Excellent location

  Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment with views. It was a beautiful well appointed apartment and conveniently located a block from the beach and just near the shops and restaurants. The only downside is that the front desk barely even smile let alone say good morning or hello when you walk past. We will be back though.

  Ideal location to explore Forster on foot

  Even though we had a dedicated parking spot underneath in the garage, we hardly used our car as Sevan is position in the most ideal location. It's a short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, the beach and some lovely walks. We had an apartment on the 5th floor and enjoyed ocean and town views. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and maintained. The staff were helpful, and everything was just too easy! I would def recommend this place and it caters for couples right through to larger families. Thanks Susan for your tips!

  Most enjoyable

  My husband and I have just spent 5 nights at Sevan apartments in apt 904. It was clean and well appointed with absolutely amazing views of the beach and the lake. We spotted many dolphins from the balcony and loved that we could walk everywhere. The pool and bbq area are also really well maintained. The only negative if youre a light sleeper the big trucks on the main road may disturb you.
