  Worst experience ever

  Not only did we have to move through 4 rooms for at least 2 hours, but EACH SINGLE ONE we tried had major problems (AC warm, washroom leaking or not flushing, no wifi in all rooms, wall plug not accessible or not working) but the lobby wifi is only fast in AM hours. after breakfast we checked out. Breakfast food wasn't even that appealing. Worst time Ive had in Egypt ... Dont recommend at all.

  excellent hotel

  I have never felt so welcome as I did when we arrived at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and can't do enough for you the hotel is very clean, well decorated and the facilities are fantastic and well maintained. We had a brilliant holiday the food choice was endless and the food was excellent it even has a food quality certificate displayed in reception. We really were waited on hand and foot I would love to visit again and again .

  Small Russia in Egypt

  This hotel is very popular by Russian people with their famlies- especily childern. It can be good holiday,if you are lookimg for something really cheap and ¨VERY famly-frienly. HOWEVER: If you look for something on higher level of accomodation, food, staff, animation etc. and you are not affraid to pay more for higher quality- choose other place to stay.

  Ear splitting

  This review is based on the fact that we stayed next door to this hotel for 2 weeks, the noise from this hotel almost totally ruined our stay at the Iberotel Palace, My husband upgraded our room to an executive suite but the music and lady presenter is so loud we had to wear ear plugs!!! It was equally deafening when on the beach! Be warned if you stay at this hotel you will damage your hearing, also be aware that the sun bed grabbers rise as early as 5am!!!. One more thing the bushes on the public road adjacent to the hotel from the trip boats to the main road is used as a toilet by locals!!!!

  Vacation

  Nice hotel with nice place. Alot of activities and sports and the resort is so calm . I hope alot of peoplw come to this resort in the future. The view of the sea is very amazing in this gulf area. Hope to be back again.
