  The Hotel is close to beach and attraction and shops . the hotel is not a 4 or a 3 star.. 2 at best. Some staff were rude and some nice.. food is ok and drinks the same.. the pool is freezing .book somewhere else

  I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had in this hotel, due to COVID-19 things were bound to be different, but the hotel handled this very well, we were made to feel so welcome by the staff it was incredible. The hotel is close to the beach and close to the main road for shopping. I think we were the only English people there at the time of our stay which can feel quite lonely, the staff did not make us feel like we were outsiders and would go above and beyond everyday to make sure we were happy. The staff made the hotel for us and they deserve all of the praise possible and definitely a pay rise! Thank you so much to Emrah, Hakan, Bari, Mehmet and Davut you made our holiday so much better, we will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to anybody we speak to!

  Wonderful vacation at Marmaris!

  Wonderful hotel with excellent service at all locations - reception, restaurant, pool bar and beach! Perfect location, 100 meters from the sea, also close to the main street. Perfect for couples and families! Highly recommend!

  Definitely would not recommend

  What a horrible hotel this is. We booked here because the photos looked okay and we needed a last minute trip to Turkey as it wasnt on the quarantine list so had to change from Spain. The reviews seemed okay so we took a chance. When we got here it seemed okay (through the night). The bellboy disinfected our cases, we had our temperatures down etc all of the covid guidelines were being met. We got to our room which was a bit small but it was clean and had a fridge so it was alright for us. The aircon was good and it was free which was a bonus. We went to breakfast the next morning and the food was horrible so we went out for breakfast. We tried lunch and again this was horrible so for the rest of the week we just ate out. Food at restaurants in the area is really nice and really really cheap so we werent that bothered. The pool is freezing cold and hardly has the sun on it or around it at all at any time of the day but the hotel is right next to the beach so its best to just go there. Cant fault the location of the hotel. The rooms were cleaned everyday which was brilliant. On our last day (day SEVEN of the holiday we paid for for SEVEN days) we went to the restaurant in the hotel for our dinner as we were waiting for the transfer bus. They asked our room number, we told them and it wasnt on the list. He wrote it on the bottom and said okay thats fine. So we got our food on our plates and sat down. We didnt even eat a mouthful of the horrible food before another member of staff came over telling us we cant have the food unless we pay for it as we have checked out earlier. We said no it doesnt matter we wouldnt pay for that rubbish food and he started saying we need to pay because it is on our plates. We refused to pay and walked out of the restaurant. We were sitting in the lobby waiting for our transfer bus and were getting watched by the members of staff, getting reported on to each other about our movements and getting stared at. It made us feel very uncomfortable and spoilt our last day. Other than the rude staff at this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and nice. Overall would not recommend this hotel at all, I would rather stay at home in cold England than stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

  Super friendly staff

  We stayed for a week at this hotel. It is a small hotel and because of Turkey going off the corridor list there were not many guests in the hotel. There wasn't a wide variation of food but it was alright. The soup was every day delicious! Pool at hotel super cold as it only gets few hours of sun. Hotel has it's own private beach with very comfortable sofas, only 2 min walk from hotel. Now the staff they were extremely helpful and friendly! Ibrahim the waiter i can't praise him enough! Originally we had booked our holiday and this hotel for 1 week. We decided to extend our holiday for another week but couldn't stay here as the hotel closed. When we asked reception to call a taxi when we check out, the friendly man at reception said he was going to drive us to the other hotel, which was more then you can ever expect. If you like a small hotel with great service then this is the place to be.
