  Brutal wake up

  We arrived at one am. The room was clean and quiet. We looked forward to a good sleep after a long journey. Especially the children. At reception we were told checkout at twelve. At nine am we hear loud bangs in the door. The cleaning lady is screaming. Aufstehen! Aufstehen! At first we thought there was a fire and woke up in a panic. The children were crying. Then we found out that this was just the cleaning staff chasing us out of the room. Horrible. Avoid this hotel!

  Cold rooms. Heating through air conditioning, which can not cope. I do not advise this hotel to anyone. Quite a high price tag in the buffet, but this is understandable because the hotel is roadside. The rooms are modern, cozy, but the cold kills any positive impression.

  a convenient location

  The room is quite new, but the heater didn't work in the cold February night. The food quality at the food court was nothing special, but it was in high price. It is more like a motorway resting stop, not a hotel restaurant. But its location is quite convenient to reach Nuremberg or going south. The room rate is also not too bad if I only like to have a nice sleeping after long distance driving.

  Incredibly rude

  I think, the staff feels it's ok to treat customers like dirt as this hotel is part of a big chain and they have no competition. Also, if you don't speak German, well, tough, as most of the staff doesn't speak English. The place is also overpriced for what it is, and the food is very unhygienic. There are always flies around.

  Worst place to stay

  Its a petro service station, truck stop, staff are rude and unhelpful. breakfast woman was terrible, you feel like your food is going to be thrown at you. asked for a taxi in the morning and was told if you are here tonight, call it yourself
