  Good Holiday

  Good family hotel, better atmosphere as in big hotels. Very nice beach, not far away from the hotel. Good animation, specially Mini disco, with very nice animation girl from Slovakia, Lucia Food is o.k. , but only a few fisch and seafoods.

  Nice hotel, perfect beach and amazing photographer

  I spent at Primasol Serra Gareden one week with my boyfriend and we were very satisfied with everything. Immediately after our arrival we get room and all inclusive bracelets. Our room was close the pool and main restaurant. Room was clean and nice. Near the hotel is the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds are free. At beach bar we usually had lunch, we could choose from buffet and we couldnt go for lunch to the hotel. I personaly like beach with sand and clear sea. I felt at Primasol fine cause there is a very nice staff - especially from animation team I prefer Nadia and her sea aerobik and I highly recommended young hotel photographer. He took for me and my boyfriend very nice pics and he sent me them after I wrote e-mail to hotels reception when I checked that CD with pics couldnt read my PC when I came back home. I thinnk if it will be peace in Turkey I will come once again .

  Pleasant hotel for family

  A nice place for families. We are the summer resort in July 2016. We paid the family room, which is really great. Rooms and bathroom were clean daily. Towels bartered every dan..Mini bar filled 2 times a week. The food at the hotel was quite ok. To the beautiful beach was a 5 minute walk. At the beach bar where we ate well every day because we could not walk in the hotel restaurant. 2 times a day for beach volleyball, boccia and water gymnastics in the sea. The beach is suitable for all ages, whereas the bottom descends gradually. Evening entertainment was aimed more at German and Turkish guests (games, music and dance). The program could be adapted more on the funny side, it was too musicals. The staff were friendly, especially the guys on the evening terrace. The reception of the hotel is more modest, even one wall clocks have. Wi-fi is only in the lobby reception. Recommendation: We visited the old town of Side, navigation on the river Manavgat and mosque.

  Serra Garden: *very unpleasant staff at the reception desk *we came at the night and didnt get any food/ snacks (some people told us they got !) * in the rooms on the ground floor it smells from sewerage *average food, but delicious desserts! *really good pool, no chlor smell *beautiful beach ! sunbeds and mattresses, helpful man, warm water in the sea *near to market where we can buy everything * very dirty ! in the bathrooms by the pool *extra staff in pool bar (greetings for Mustafa and Umut -Texas ) *animation team were ok * nice a'la carte restaurant and service *cleaning in the room was ok *delicious gözleme !

  Great value for your money

  Very cozy and nice hotel on Turkish Riviera. With friendly personnel, plenty of trees/birds/grass and with the great local Turkish cuisine. Highly recommend to families with kids! Of course 10 out of 10!
