  Just as pictured on website - beautiful!

  My husband and I stayed here three nights in June on a get-away. Loved it! The bathrooms in the suites are like a spa. And the spa itself is luxurious. We had wonderful relaxation massages with the peppermint foot scrub add-on. We walked around the quaint shops of Blue Ridge and Copperhill. Fine dining was wonderful in Blue Ridge. Easy access to the top of Bell Mountain from Serenity Suites - worth seeing the top of Bell Mountain, as the panoramic view of mountains and lakes is amazing. The hotel has lovely gazebos outside where we snuggled up and read our books in the evening.

  Friends getaway that will go down in history as The year we stayed at the motor lodge behind the Exxon on the highway.

  Spa services were reasonably priced and of decent quality. Calling this Luxury Suites in the MOUNTAINS is misleading on both accounts. The rooms used to be a strip mall and though spacious, do not have an ounce of luxury. Cheap sheets, bad coffee makers, hard mattresses, ugly decor......but the fact that it is LITERALLY behind an Exxon a stones throw from Hwy 76, nowhere NEAR a mountain should be noted. It was clean, the staff friendly and they left us yummy treats but know it is not a mountain retreat, nor luxurious.

  Best girlfriend trip!

  We were blown away by our three night stay and girlfriend spa package. So affordable with lovely, clean, welcoming suites. The spa staff was first rate. Yes, the location is not technically in the mountains, but we knew that. What we didnt know was just how nice this place was. In Chicago area, you would pay twice the price. We will be back!

  Fantastic Service During a Girls Mini Getaway

  I had the pleasure of a 2-night stay at Serenity in the Mountains with a couple of girlfriends last weekend. We signed up for the Girlfriends Getaway package. When we arrived on Thursday evening, check-in was simple and when we arrived in our room, our expectations were exceeded by the wine set up for the 3 of us with a plentiful plate in the refrigerator of grapes, cheese & crackers, and chocolate-covered strawberries... more than enough for us to snack on during our stay. We were also provided with breakfast items. On Friday, our services began mid-morning with the Salt Cave which was more like a room, but a nice relaxing way to start off prior to our massages, manicures, pedicures and facials. Also, the juice offered after the service is not to be missed. Everyone was very friendly and the service top-notched.

  Amazing Suites and Spa

  Our 1 bedroom suite was amazing From the welcoming touches such as a bottle of wine, chocolate covered strawberry/cheese/cracker plate to an immaculate beautiful and clean suite. The shower and tub are gorgeous and the fireplace is a romantic touch. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals and laundry room with detergent if you Need to wash while there. Feels very quiet and private. And the spa! Gorgeous and peaceful and a 5 star experience! What it lacks it Mountain Views it more than makes up with the experience you will have! Mountain Views and downtown Blue Ridge is a super short drive as well as convenient drive for mountain hikes and views. Will definitely come back!
