  Nice quiet break

  Stayed here in May, went for 3 nights, was a long journey but I enjoyed it. Food wasnt amazing but the hotel is directly on the beach and almost in its own private bay. Staff were friendly and helpful and late night barman was very attractive! If the Manager is reading this can I please make one suggestion. When we arrived there was a snack table at the bar and there were some really nice sandwiches and snacks, but we only saw basic snacks the other two nights. Would be good to offer these everyday. Furious with TUI as they did not make it clear the season wasnt starting for another 4-5 weeks. Local town was a ghost town - everywhere closed!

  Late September Holiday 2019

  The Hotel is modern & clean, we had large room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and side views of beach and sea, perfect. The room itself was clean with excellent en-suite shower, with another loo of the main room, good storage space, free safe, kettle and daily maid to change bedding & towels. The shame was the weather was poor rained all day & night for 3 out of 7 days, not their fault. But the entertainment which is normally in outside covered area by the pool was cancelled with no indoor back up plan. Drinks could be obtained from the lobby bar , if you could find a seat, but strangely no Diet Coke, which was only available outside or in the restaurant when open. No other sugar free soft drinks. Food was varied but I have say quality was not great, often left to dry up , and there where flies around the sweet ares as other reviews stated. For an all inclusive you would expect better food and entertainment , but the location is perfect if want quiet .

  Very clean hotel, excellent staff and tasty food

  Frontbeach hotel with high level service. Fine sand on the beach and super clean swimming pool. This hotel and the people who work there helped me to rediscover the beauty of Black sea. I will come back for sure.

  Summer vacation

  The location of the hotel is one of a kind, amazing view, beautiful sands, the perfect place for family vacation. The hotel is well maintained. The entire team is absolutely friendly and service oriented- everyone, from front office to the gardener, very polite and ready for the extra mile service.   Perfect stay in Carevo

  Perfect stay with TUI Poland at SUNEO Serenity Bay hotel in Carevo. Perfect location next to private beach and 30 min walk to city center. Unfortunately we have arrived at 7:00 am and had to wait for check-in till 13:30 but our stay suppose to start at 14:00 so we got our room even 30min before. Service in hotel always do their best. Very big and very clean apartments with 2 separate rooms- living room and bed room, bath room and additional toilet, 2 TVs and 2 separate air conditioners. Rooms with beautiful see view. Daily cleaning and towel change. Water in external pool was very cold and it was hard to step in. Amout of sunbeds was enough in pool area and also on the beach. Varied meals at the main restaurant, evryone can find something that will fulfill his requirements. Also very clean. Beach bar with delicious snacks and drinks open between breakfast and dinner. To sum up hotel is most probably one of the best in this location and we will chose it one more time if we go to Carevo in the future.
