  Nice location

  Overall for room clean and warm to stay, staff very helpful and always greeting with smile. Breakfast okay , i can find food which familier with me. But for location its the best place, we can easyly find place to hangout at night. Hope they can always keep this service level.

  Very strategic location

  I come to bandung with my family , i choose this hotel coz the location is very nice, so many place you can go , and restaurant around here also, the room is clean an for breakfast good standart 3 star hotel

  Prime Location and ....

  Thanks to you to made me fells like a king during 2 days stay with you. Unforgettable moment and best experiences I got from you. You have a great location indeed. Breakfast "WOW" But in the night time was very difficult to call reception, no one answered my call from the room. Only this side that you have to fix it the other was incredible. Thanks Oka

  Hotel yang cukup worth it

  Saya ke bandung sehari untuk meeting di salah satu venue dan menginap di serela.. so far all segment of this hotel is good. Food , room , hospitality is all touched and at the good vibes.. keep it up serela

  3 Star Hotel with 5 Star Hotel Services

  I've been traveling a lot and of course, stay at so many hotels around the globe. And every time I come to Bandung, I stay at different hotels. This time I have tried to stay at Serela Cihampelas Hotel which was nearby the shopping center (Ciwalk), just walking distance. I give some feedback: 1. We booked two rooms with Agoda. Supposed to stay on July 17-19. However, we had a sudden event in Jakarta and should have changed the date of the 23-25, July. I called the reservation and they said it was not possible to change as I had to call Agoda directly. Fortunately, I knew exactly about the hotel's procedure so forth. And I tried to call the Front Office Manager "Arief Rahman" at Serela Hotel (Jl. Riau) as I thought its one group under (Kagum), hoping he could have helped us. Arief explained that though the same name "Serela" but the different procedure. Weird. In 5 minutes later, Arief texted me that they had changed our arrival date as we wished and without paying any additional charges!!! Wow!!! That's excellent! Outstanding service that Arief has given to us. He knows exactly how to exceed customer satisfaction. Thank you, Pa Arief, keep up the great work!!! I hope all the Front Liners in Bandung to be like him. 2. Good location, very easy to find the restaurants due to Covid-19, most of them close at 08:00 PM 3. Limited parking lot, however, it would be easy to get our car as the Concierge staffs were professional. They worked quickly and carefully. Two thumbs up!!! 4. All the Front Office staffs and Housekeeping were friendly, always greet us with a smile. The flaws : 1. In the elevator. Due to the health protocol, supposed to be for 4-5 people, not 6 people especially when the size was only 1,5 x 1,5 M. Physical distancing needs to be applied here. 2. Suggest using a face mask for the HK staff as they meet the guests. The rest are all fine. Keep up the great work. We'll come back to Bandung again in Aug.
