  Muy bien situation

  El hotel está muy cerca del Gran Bazar, a unos veinte minutos de la Mezquita Azul y de Santa Sofia. La habitación con vistas a la Mezquita de Beyazit nos gusto mucho, los desayunos muy surtidos, también puedes ir al Hamam que está en el mismo hotel, el personal muy agradable.

  This hotel is about a 2/3 star! Staff are mainly friendly. There is room for improvement in the food department. Mainly hygiene as food is left out uncovered and salads on marble shelve not refrigerated for over half an hour before the meal times! All salads out and uncovered only thing covered is hot plate and chips are cooked too soon and put out cold at mealtimes one chef came out with tray of chips they were even cold couldnt believe it only was given one and they were cold. Only two choices of meat best nights was when chicken is served chick breasts and the night they do a curry. Salads were nice only the thought of them sitting out uncovered before meal times was a bit off putting! There was a lot of flies in dinning area not nice around food! Off putting! Rooms were ok cleaning wasnt great my shower wasnt cleaned the whole time I stayed! Beds not pulled out and swept below. Units not wiped down either dust wise. I kept my room spotless the best I could Im not a messy person bed maid every time before I left my room! No excuse for cleaners not to do the floors right.

  our original hotel wasn't accepting guest so we was dumped here ..3 hot foods for breakfast plus salad if you went down after 8 it was gone lunch and dinner was the same no snacks during day. Beer wine vodka and gin was all that was offer with soft drinks slk served in kiddies size cups and this is up to 10pm and supposed to be all inclusive .. Don't bother going unless your Russian....

  Do not stay at this Hotel

  This hotel is never a 4 star, they've obviuosly paid someone to write good reviews for them. 1. The shower didn't work 2. The food was shocking 3. Surrounded by flies and ferral cats who were eating out of the serving dishes. 4. Unhelpful staff. 5. Dirty Rooms 6. Food left out covered in flies 7. Same food all day everyday 8. This is not all inclusive it's full board with cheap alcohol thrown in. To add to the above how no one has ever contracted salmonela is beyond me because they have zero food safety knowledge, we only had one meal in the hotel we decided to eat out, it was the only option. At the front of the hotel there's a bar and an eating establishment, you think it's part of the hotel but it isn't. The only thing for this hotel is a bulldozer because its devoid of all worth.

  No way like for like

  if you like you food stone cold and like Russians barging pass you in the corridors or pushing in at meal times or at the bar then this is the Hotel for you ! I felt the hotel staff we all for the Russian guests which were plentyful and extremley rude the hotel rooms were ok the drinks at the bar were only Vodka and Gin and nothing else no Whiskey or any other kind of spirits were offered at times it felt like feeding time at the zoo with all the pushing and barging in the hotel has no place to wash or change on your last day and refused to allow us to use a room to shower or at least change out clothes or keep out suitcases in a safe place they had a could not give a dam attitude
