  Amazing place!

  Amazing, a must see spot in the region! Perfect hotel, breathtaking view, comfortable rooms and spa. Prices are a bit high for the region, but 2 days vacation in a year are a must for workaholics! Quiet, far from all the hustle and busy city.

  Comfortable room /hotel

  Double Room with Lake View When we arrived, i realised my pringles/crisps had opened in my suitcase,so as i started cleaning that up, i few crumbs fell on the floor, so i took a baby wipe to clean them up,to my suprise after rubbing the floor,the babywipe was still white, i mean the floor in the room was sparkling clean. The room itself was clean and everything looked new. Even the bathroom was clean and good size with daily toiletries. Our room wasnt in the same buliding as reception,which is fine. Breakfast was on third floor of hotel,very generous buffet and wonderful views. Reception are very nice people. And also the balcony is large. If your in this area,i would recomend this hotel.

  Good but not great

  We spent a few nights here recently. The hotel is perched high above Trabzon and the views are spectacular. The rooms were fine . Most of the staff were pleasant except the staff in the dining room who were offhand. Breakfast was good but not great

  A good resort but....

  We stayed here my hubby and I for 4 nights in a family junior suite. Views are spectacular, the suite is very spacious, bed is comfortable... overall it wasnt a bad experience. It couldve been much better though.... Most staff speak very little or no English at all, breakfast is very basic, same food everyday no changes, fruits offered at the breakfast not washed.... Housekeeping is very poor as well, no cleaning done properly. We have left a few empty shower gel bottles in the shower on the floor, obviously to be thrown, to find them there everyday for 3 days!!! Until Ive called to send someone in the room to show them to be actually noticed. Anything you use in the room: earbuds, cotton, wont be replaced unless you ask for it.... The resort has a great location and great views, if only cleaning was taken a bit more seriously!!!!!

  Only view is Good BUT (BE CAREFULL ABOUT YOUR STUFF (you must read my comment)

  Our check in time was 09:00 PM, we got a room different from the one we booked, we stayed in it over the first night and they promised to change next day, at the time of the breakfast at the hotel restaurant my wife used her makeup and kept the bag inside the wardrobe, while we are changing the room at the morning after the breakfast, my wife forgot her bag which contains a lot of branded makeup & skin care stuff inside the wardrobe. We didn't go to any other place even, unfortunately, we remembered after the housekeeping was done in the old room and when we went to the reception to help for getting it from the room, they ignored us at all and they blamed us that we forgot it!!!! And they said it's your mistake and we don't have it. obviously, the bag was stolen by the housekeeper as she thought that we checked out to our country and we will not take a flight to them for asking for it and she didn't know that we are still at the hotel in top floor room and no one was willing to even hear from us, finally, they told us we can't ask our staff as we are not a policemen, go to the police officer and we arent responsible about any guests personal staff and they blamed us that we didnt keep the makeup bag inside the SAVE . I didn't expect that would be happened at all, is it a professional approach!!!!
