  El hotel está bastante bien.

  Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. Está bastante bien, aunque el precio es algo elevado para Malasia; aún así, la relación calidad-precio es razonable. La habitación está bien. El baño está bien. Lo considero un hotel 3 estrellas. No llega a 4 estrellas. El aire acondicionado funciona correctamente. Tiene wifi, aunque sólo funciona en el lobby. Está en las afueras de Taiping, con lo que hay que llegar en coche propio. Está alejado de la ciudad. Ignoro si el hotel tiene algún medio de transporte, aunque estando allí, no vi nada que lo pareciera. Nosotros fuimos en nuestro coche. Hay que llevar un navegador para llegar, si no, es algo complicado ya que está bastante apartado y el acceso es algo enrevesado. Está en plena naturaleza y tiene mucho espacio para andar, sin salir del recinto del hotel. Arroyo, juegos para niños, bancos y mesas... En resumen, bastante bien. Nosotros hemos vuelto por segunda vez, así que creo que volvería a repetir.

  Good Short Break

  The hotel landscaping was beautiful and well taken care of. Hotel room was fine except flooring in the bathroom was too slippery, risky for elderly guests. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking facility for in house guest was good by manual control (gate bar) for all vehicles entering to parking area. Signage at roadside to hotel was clear.

  PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE AND VERY CLEAN ROOMS!

  Resort is located in the vicinity of the housing area. Filled with greeneries and a mini waterfall with waters from bukit larut. Clean and well maintained. Very happy with the cleanliness of the room and environment.

  What a Hidden Discovery in Taiping!!

  My stay here was pure accidental as there are a few choices in Taiping. And I cant believe my eyes when I checked in at night. The night scenery with big trees and the nature feel was amazing. This is like a lost world to me. As this was a rush trip, I didnt have a chance to dip myself into the natural pool filled by water from the stream. What a shame!! Overall it is a great place to stay if you love nature. Location wise it is very convenient as it is just next to Lake Garden and 5 minutes drive from the town. I had good WIFI for my virtual meeting as well. Thumbs up to the management for up-keeping this wonderful place.

  Dirty and Noisy

  Was looking forward to a peaceful holiday after reading the positive reviews of Sentosa Villa. However, was terribly disappointed due to the following reasons: 1. Bedsheets and pillows had stains on them. 2. Toilet drainhole was covered in hair. 3. Shampoo provided was half used. 4. The noise! Upon check in we noticed groups of guests hanging out at the common area; getting in and out of their rooms. Didnt pay much attention to this until late evening where the laughing, loud conversations and loud foot steps persisted throughout the night! We were awaken every couple of hours by the noise - it seemed like they were up the whole night, as at 7am we could still hear the same noise! 5. Front desk is left unmanned after 10pm so there was no receptionist/ concierge to convey our distress on the noise disturbances. Horrible experience. Would not return.
