    Rude and noisy staff

    Housekeeping and laundry staff are rude and very very noisy. Pricing is good. Security too. They need to train their staff to provide a better customer experience. Rooms were quite spacious, air con was most welcome.

    There are cooking facilities and refrigerators. It is a good value, and the staff are very helpful and kind. Nearby you can buy food to prepare. It is associated with the Court Classique which has a restaurant and internet,

    I had a great time but theres a lady who gave me attitude who i was told was the manager... i would like to come back with business friends but i dont wanna endure such nonsense again. He attitude really messed up my morning at some point

    Good Business Stay

    Very good accommodation that allows for self-catering as well. Room was conducive to relaxation as well as catching up with work. Meals provided were tasty, but lacked variety. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    Okay, Right opposite the US Embassy

    Stayed her for about 5 nights. The breakfast was okay but no non-dairy alternatives. No say milk. The rooms are old but clean. My company paid Full board. The rooms have a kitchenette. It's safe because it's right opposite the American Embassy, same streetas Australian Embassy and a few more. But part of the property neighbors a club. Didn't hear it the first Saturday night I checked in but some colleagues had to leave because of the noise that night. They couldn't sleep. My biggest disappointment though was the gym. Had a treadmill that was always on incline. And that's it. Two bikes that weren't mechanically sound. When I asked if there was a gym around,I was sent to VirginActive but no one knew what it takes to gym there. I was distraught. Free Shuttle to anywhere in Pretoria from 7to 4pm. There's a WoolWorths Food 3 minutes down the street . Area has number of restaurants too. My stay was OK..
