  Great Value for Money

  What you get for what you pay - this place is a bargain. Service was great, food was lovely, drinks on tap, beautiful pools and beach, pier was beautiful to relax on, lot's to do. Rooms were a great size. The only issue was our ac didn't work. We asked three times for someone to come fix it but it never got fixed. Other than that i can't fault the hotel and i will be back with my kids next time.

  Golf Break

  Terrific location, accommodation, food and facilities. Stayed for a week whilst playing golf at the Carya, National and Lykia courses. Plenty of other courses to choose from. Very big and busy hotel. Classic Turkish barter shopping in close by Belek.

  lovely October half term break

  We had a lovely October half term break with our teenage boys here. We were upgraded our rooms as it wasn't very busy. Best things about the hotel - food, pools, facilities - spa and turkish bath, pier and pier lit up with disco at night, halloween party. Never had problem find a sunbed. Beach was lovely and we swam around the pier most days. Staff were friendly, found no problems unlike some other reviews. Food was excellent. Enjoyed the Italian evening at the golf hotel and eating there in the evening al fresco. Lunchtime could eat in the round restaurant up the slope from the main buffet. Liked the snack bars, patisserie and waffle bar. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. Would happily return to this hotel. Would be nice to see more British people to mix with as 90% were Russian! Few suggestions - Clean the tennis courts and have brooms so we can sweep the leaves off the courts too, Put up black out curtains in the rooms. Get the entertainment team to announce activities to encourage more people to join in. Cocktails weren't the best I've had. Be more environmentally aware - Find a way to use less plastic bottles of water. Have larger bottles or filtered taps? Didn't see any recycling. Also change to plastic straws.

  Excellent Hotel for a group of golfers

  Stayed here in early November, 16 men playing golf. Large hotel, the main building is closer to the sea, we were in the annex which seems to be used more for golfers. All inclusive, plenty of food choice and available most of the day, the all inclusive drinks are fine and service in the restaurants for drinks we found to be very good, also plenty of seating space, including outside on a nice morning for breakfast. My room was o k, excellent views across the area and golf course, but the room looked tired, especially the bathroom, this was in need of some decoration and renovation.

  Golf Trip

  STAY AWAY STAY AWAY Hotel very dated Hotel reception staff very unfriendly especially young man regularly there. Hotel Main Restaurant Food selection was terribleResturant was so loud&crowded,like a train station Dress regulations say,no shorts,no thongs.Every night were men there without correct clothing&shoes.Also in restuarant everyday breakfast&dinner time were numerous cats wandering around under your table Main lobby area was overcrowded with many people mostly man all loud&drunk.No hotel to visit with your wife or girlfriend. Fitness Studio,most running machines not working or falling apart.Air conditioner didnt work so Fitness room was like a sauna Late checkout we were told would cost 15for every hour after normal checkout time of 12pm. Washing-I put a bag of cloths out to be picked up&washed.Unfortunately cloths were not picked up in the morning so this also didnt help. Bar service also not good,bar lady would rather make a telephone call instead of taking my oder I have stayed in many hotels in Belek&this is by far the worst condition&service&clientel The best part of the stay was getting on the transfer leaving the hotel.
