  Service levels are great.

  Having our last night here after a week of hiking in the mountain's and valleys. Service levels, cleanliness and friendly staff make this a great place to base yourself if you're off being adventurous. All the delights of all inclusive hotel. You can sit and get fat or you can get out and hike the trails. Really is worth the climb up and around the valleys. Gets my thumbs up for everything as all in holiday.

  Fantastic

  Very nice hotel staff were all brilliant couldn't do enough for us to make our stay more enjoyable food in Restaurant lovely and good variety every day bar staff were also brilliant very attentive They all really care for their guests can't recommend them enough looking forward to going back soon!

  Great relaxing trip

  Being caught up in the Thomas Cook fiasco this could have been a bad situation to be in. Not here, the Hotel and its staff were fantastic, food good, facilities lovely, a relaxing stay, nothing was too much trouble and dealt with the TC issue superbly(even taking guests from other hotels affected) shame the TC rep Yuri lost his job. He worked tirelessly to make sure everyone got transfers to the airport. Above and beyond the call of duty. Well done team and I hope you have a bright future

  Great holiday great hotel

  Thank you to all the staff of the Sentido Hotel part of the Marina hotel group. We booked with Thomas Cook 2 days into our holiday we were informed the company went bust. The staff, in particular Angelo in the restaurant, Alisias on reception and chiara and Antonio in the Bar couldnt do enough to make sure our holidays were as we had booked. To all the team that work behind the scenes, room attendants, chefs, cleaning staff, grounds men, maintenance and admin staff thank you, without you all working as a great team this holiday wouldnt have been so good. Alessandro Rizzo the general manager your team are a credit to you, your professionalism and hospitality has shone through them in hosting and taking on other stranded holiday guests when others have turned them away. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you once again and wishing you and your team a long and successful future.

  Lovely friendly hotel, staff very helpful, food not too bad just seems to be same all time, no entertainment or even music over speakers, so very dull and quiet at hotel bar, although a bar is open evenings till late on hotel grounds but a fair walk away, this bar is not covered with the all inclusive, nothing to do out side the hotel so trips or care hire is a must, overall very enjoyable.
