  Lovely hotel

  We stayed in one of the suites facing the sea. The suite was fantastic. Large and beautiful. Really worth the money. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. I had one favorite waitress serving Coffee in the morning. The experienced waiter in the bar also added to a nice stay. The pools are not so big, but lovely. It is a pity that when you are in the pool you cant see the sea because of the plants. The food is nice at the hotel, but we preferred dining other places. Be aware that there may be many stones on the beach and in the water when it is windy. All in all the hotel was excellent at the price. The location is perfect. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

  The hotel is not 5 star

  We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm. It was very hot and we were invited to fill in the paperwork. Considering the temperature , it wouldve been nice to at least be offered a glass of water , just basic customer service I would say. Firstly ,we were not given a triple room as per booking .It was a double room with 3 beds squeezed in and definitely not what was advertised when I made the booking. The bathroom was open-plan creating a lot of steam in the room after every shower, a room designed for two people definitely not three so absolutely not able to deal with the humidity. Secondly, we were very upset that 3 days out of 7 the air conditioning was not working so you can imagine our discomfort. Thirdly and surely the most worrying matter is the fact that our room was not cleaned daily. COVID-19 protocol surely demands a daily hygiene maintenance, ensuring floors being washed and towels changed daily not every 3 days. We had to request a daily cleaning as the hotel management thought what they were doing was enough to keep customers safe. This is truly not a 5 star hotel and I surely do not recommend it!

  Stay at the Sentido Pearl

  Beautiful stay, we felt very safe in regards to covid and all the rules that were put in places were clear and organised. Breakfast worked very well with the covid regulations too. Lovely breakfast every morning. The private beach is a stones throw away making the hotel that extra special. Would 100% recommend, thank you for making our holiday so special and pleasant during these unprecedented times

  Not what we expected

  Positives: * Lovely pools (decent size(s)and good quality sun beds) * Good and polite cleaning services * Close to the beach, with a taxi rank around the corner * A good selection of bars and shops nearby * Comfortable and clean beds Negatives * Food: the dishes were very basic and lacking in flavour. Service wise, no one greets you on your way in, and the wait for drinks at dinner is very long so much so that most of the time we were done with our food before our drinks came. * Rooms: poor standard, rundown bathrooms, stains on the carpets in the corridors. Two single beds instead of doubles ( not a 5 standard). * We booked a three person room and got a double, with two chairs put together as a third bed, leaving little to no space to move around. The open bathroom was not mentioned, therefore there was no privacy. * FAR FROM TOWN, for three adults in our twenties it was a 40 minute walk (minimum) to the city centre. * Despite the pools being lovely, there was always stuff at the bottom of the pools (rocks, sand, etc) Overall it was a good stay, but its definitely not a 5 star hotel standard.

  Very friendly staff

  We enjoyed a beautyfull week in this Hotel. Very nice, large family rooms. Large range of fresh, good food for breakfast and dinner. Lovely drinks at the bar. We like to highlight the staff in the Hotel. They do a great job, they were always very friendly and very professionell (also with the COVID-19 measurements).
