    Very impressive resort indeed.

    Mind this stay is during the quarantine period therefore I can only report on the confined vicinity set as per COVID-19 Mauritian Government rules and Regulations and the resort policy. These are strictly observed by the staff and guests to ensure the safety and well being of every one concerned. Communication prior to our arrival from UK was simply excellent. The flow of information from the hotel to prospective guests were excellent especially during this time of grave concern due to the pandemic. All formalities were completed well before our departure date to Mauritius. All relevant documentation was made available to us. On arrival to the resort after such a long and difficult journey, we were greeted by the staff. It was a relief to be met by such a wonderful and amazing set of staff, willing to assist with luggage, registration and leading us to our room. Clear communication about the policy of the resort was reinforced. Our room was simply perfect, located by the sea with a terrace on which you can spend hours dreaming. However due to the quarantine policy, we can not venture further than the terrace to ensure the well being and safety of the staff and others. The room is spacious, well ventilated and with all essential amenities. Tea, coffee, milk powder and refillable glass water bottles are provided. It is an echo friendly resort. Beautiful outlook from the terrace, well manicured garden. Beautiful sea view. On a warm day, it is so comfortable to feel the cool breeze caressing your face. You are surrounded by multiple number of coconut trees with the leaves swaying in the breeze. Ah, the food is simply scrumptious. So tasty. No complaints so far. More than enough. Due to the restrictions and confined to limited space, one needs to be careful of not putting to much weight on as the food is so inviting and delicious. We have picked the best resort available at the time of booking our trip and I can safely uphold this view being here now. Some more days to go before we are able to go to our Villa and spend time with our family. Did we make the right decision? Of course we did. To spend time in such a fantastic location, beautiful environment, friendly staff and scrumptious dishes is simply wonderful. I will definitely recommend this resort if you intend to spend some time in such a beautiful place.

    Great Hotel for your quarantine during Covid!

    Dave R Oct 2020 left a review; there is nothing for me to add, except that it is exactly what I felt too! Great hotel to spend your quarantine! Great staff, all perfectly well organised form A-Z! I'm by myself for this adventure, but never felt lonely, it was a good rest :) :) ! After that, I will enjoy a Covid free Winter/Sommer with my friends and family! I can recommend anyone to do the same!

    14 days quarantine

    * Wide and comfortable room, with a small balcony (around 25 m² including the balcony) * Large king size bed, small fridge, kettle, wide TV, table than can be used to work, storage * Powerful wifi, constant an 24h/24, great * Quality and variety of food : the menus are diverse, lunch and dinner were always different during the whole stay. Quality is there, one ore two dishes less good, but globally nice, With the desserts, quantity is way enough, The reception is attenive to our requests, menus canbe adapted to our needs, as psosible. Formy taste, the quantity of salted food was sometimes a bit light, but again, the overall quantity is really sufficient. *Quality of service : the staff is kindly and attentive to our needs. The reception meets ours requests quickly. Glass bottle water is served in abundance, as well as coffee and tea. *Entertainment : a variety of international channels (news, movies, documentaries) on a wide screen, for killing time.There is enough room for some indoor exercises, stretching, or yoga, in the room or on the balcony. Little less : the hotel is located near to Anse la Raie public beach, so it can get noisy during holidays and weekends evenings. It's not the hotel fault, who did what they could to help. Little more : no plastic on the food tray, glass bottles for water, « Responsible chemistry » cleanig products, we see an effort for the environment.

    About the welcoming

    Hello...everyone am here to write a comment about my stay in the hotel...My experienced i did over there got only 1month before in december 2020...i would suggest you also to take consideration of the hotel...the staff over there is very friendly..i got a warm welcome from the reception...the guys carry my luggage was friendly thanks to shivam bunchee...and his dessert....the food was very nice....thnks to the chef....the service was excellent...thks to akshay dabee...sanjesh....nitish...and the whole team...who was very nice and make me feel like they are family to me in that difficult moment...where everyone was in tension or missing family thanks to the whole team who was till 31 december...you guys are genuine

    Quarantine

    I've been staying for 2 weeks in quarantine zone. I really like the room and all the amenities were already provided inside. Food was excellent.. I really want to thanks the cook, you did a great job.. . Thumb up for all the staff who always smile and always available when needed. Keep it up and keep that's spirit. Lagoon attitude. Cheers!!!!!!!!
