    This is NOT a ryokan, just a crumbling hotel with acceptable onsen

    Me and my wife just threw away 500 USD to stay here for one night. The place is in awful conditions, with dirty carpeting (yes, NO WOOD, anywhere!), poor covers and furniture and the bathrooms that are something difficult to describe. The food has been really ordinary, just to be generous, since (as an example) they brought us FROZEN sashimi (!) and changed it, after we noticed it, with something... better defrosted. Only the onsen is accettabile and with a nice view, but does not justify such an high fare. We have been fooled and we hope that our experience could help you choose another place.
