  This hotel is nice, however you are not aloud any guests round anytime of day. So if you meet some friends and fancy a pool day or a few drinks together this isnt the place to be. As a young person being in ayia napa this kinda made our stay there a bit rubbish

  Nice, but dirty

  Me and a friend stayed here for a week in September. The apartment was okay, but the balcony was facing a busy street, which made it almost impossible to stay out there in the evenings when all traffic passed. The cleaning was under all criticism and we had to ask the staff to clean the apartment again. The sheets were not changed even though it was the day they were to be changed. The bathroom was dirty. No one apologized when we complained about all the dirt. The pool area was fine, but the woman at the bar was unpleasant and barked at us when we had a bottle of water with us. She could have asked kindly, but had very unpleasant tone. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately no hotel we will return to.

  Rooms in desperate need of an update

  Location of these apartments is in a really good area, close to the beach, shops restaurants and bars. The breakfast is simple and pool areas are nice. Unfortunately the rooms are so dated, tired and in dire need of updating. Feels like they haven't given any attention at all. Old fashioned sofas, stained toilet seats, cracked tiles, all things that can easily be addressed and would make a difference.

  Great Hotel, Amazing Staff, Delicious Food

  I stayed at this hotel with a good of friends (5 of us) who went to Cyprus June 2019 for a good summer holidays. We have had similar experiences, and I have to stay that the staff was very friendly, they would chat to you and make you feel very welcome. They provided us with information regarding events whenever we asked and had no issues with them. We were half board, with buffet breakfast and 3 meal course for dinner. The latter was always different every night, and you had choices. The buffet was a great way to start the day, with healthy options and cheeky English breakfast food too. There was a happy hour for drinks, and all the cocktails that we tried were superb. There were bus stops just outside of the hotel. The strip was within walking distance (10 minutes) and so were the beaches. The world gym is less than a 10 minute walk. There were 3 pools, one in a quier environment and the other two with music and more going on, so you could see how you felt. The rooms were cleaned daily (optional) and in good conditions. PS- The bar/restaurant manager is a legend, shout out to him! ...And of course there were always attractive girls there.

  Good hotel

  We stayed in this hotel from 27/8-3/9 2019. Room was spacious (as you can see on photos I attached) with outdated furniture but clean. The A/C external unit is on the terrace which makes sitting on the terrace impossible since it blows hot air. The flap on the A/C was broken and it blew cold air into the bed directly so we didnt use it. Cleaning of the room has a special schedule - see the photo. The only thing that bothered us was the bartender who would play loud music even when no one was at the bar, after 2 a.m. Location is great, close to party street and clubs, a supermarket just across the street, and you cannot hear loud music from clubs (except the bartenders music).
