  Since i stayed in this hotel from the year 2015 i have really being treated well as a guest and friend. The atmosphere is good with friendly staff looking after each hotel guest with respect and care. The important thing is the down to earth gesture they show to visitors. Ever simce day one of my stay, i always choose this hotel called "home" and never regretted my stay here. I am pretty show that many guest who have stayed here will agree to my comments. There are shortfalls at time but the recovery is super fast in the way they manage the front lobby. Once again i give my thumb ups to the Management and staff of Sen Hotel.I want to say my appreciation each time as i come here and being treatef well with great respect. Cheers!!!

  very good stay and friendly staff

  The sen hotel has very good rooms, very nice staff who speaks English and a very competetivive price. The food in the restaurant is very good and quick and the breakfast is also very comprehensive and delicious. Staff like Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh works hard to provide information and support to guests.

  Quiet place - reasonable price!

  Its quiet place, room is clean, staffs are very friendly and supportive. Especially, room price is reasonable. There are many traditional Vietnamese cuisine such as Ph, Bánh Cun, Bún Riêu... for buffet breakfast

  Excellent Meeting Services

  Our team recently held two one-week-engagements in Sen Grand Hotel & Spa - one in October and another this month. All I can say is that this hotel provides an excellent service! The staff were all very warm and accommodating. They never failed to respond to all concerns and they even prepared a surprise birthday cake for one of our facilitators! Our positive experiences in Hanoi started at Sen Grand Hotel. Their rooms are nice, big and comfortable enough, too. I totally recommend this hotel! And we would surely come back! :)

  Cozy times

  Ive cozy times at Sen in my business trip. Its not only warm welcoming, but also is comfort room. The Vietnamese cuisine for breakfast I love so much that it made my great days in Hanoi. Its convenient place for me to travel directly to my working venue, and easily to book grabs taxi as well. Thanks all staff in Sen Hotel for supporting my times! Highly recommended for staying on your business in Hanoi.
