    Never again!

I went there for family vacations for four days, by paying an "all inclusive" package. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, near Athens (2 hours). It had also pretty good facilities, sport activities, playground, pools e.t.c. Unfortunately, I have to say I 'd never stay there again for the following reasons: 1.The food was bad. I think that they must have served us, several times the previous day's food with a different dressing. 2.The Pool's toillets were always dirty. 3.The cost of a freddo espresso and a frappe coffee is 6,2. 4.One has wi-fi signal, only if he is in the pool Bar. So, there is no wi-fi in the rooms, in the dining room, in the pool e.t.c. 5. Are you ready to read the best one? The hotel management thinks that it is OK if they dispose the hotel for after hours wedding - parties, AT THE SAME TIME THAT FAMILIES WITH BABIES HAVE CHOSEN THE HOTEL TO REST! The party went on ALL NIGHT LONG with music in HIGH VOLUME while all the hotel guests (that were not the wedding guests) were trying to get some sleep. We got informed for the wedding only when we had arrived there. Shame!

    Be careful-Stay Away

We had booked a double room for the last weekend of August in order to celebrate our friends wedding party that took place at the hotel. The customer experience And hotel facilities were unbelievably awful and of very low quality. 1)The room that was given to us was terrible and was not appeared anywhere on internet. I am sure that this room was for the staff and not for customers. The aisle outside the rooms was a mess with garbage, drying racks and was smelling awful since they were passing the dirty dishes of a restaurant. We complained about this chaos and asked for changing room but nothing was available at that moment. They changes us the next day to a room that was closer to what internet appears on website but again it was disappointing. The bathrooms need serious renovation and cleaning in order to work as a hotel. 2) The service was of very low quality. The hotel is located far from any market/store and you need to drive in order to find something. When we arrived at the room (it was afternoon) we realized that there was no water in the fridge. We complained about this but the staff at reception could not even understand our comment. 3) The amenities in the room were very bad. They did not have the classic toilet paper but instead a box with small napkins (like the system you find at fast food restaurants). We complained about this but their response was that this kind of toilet paper is used at large hotels (NOWAY!!!-never met such thing before). There was no place in the bathroom to leave your toothbrush, toothpaste or anything you have with you. 4) The breakfast had many things but nothing was tasteful. They use low quality raw materials and precooked things. The jelly and honey is what you can find at low cost markets. Dont try the coffee!! Even espresso has the taste of nescafe! For sure this kind of food is not found at traditional greek villages as they are called! This hotel needs immediately renovation and change of management and staff. The external environment is nice but the rooms, food, amenities and service has nothing to do with hospitality and quality of greek villages. The current management seems to have as target to get money without offering back services. Be careful and dont waste your money there as we did. We felt really sorry for ourselves to be victims of this trap!

    Worst experience ever

I stayed there in order to attend the wedding party of friends. We have booked a double room in January for August. Upon arrival the room tha we got had nothing to do with the pictures uploaded on their website or booking.com The room was awful, with no amenities, not any traditional decoration and outside the aisle was dirty and smelling really bad because they were putting dirty dishes at a place near the room. They changed us room the following day which was closer to what we had seen on the website but again the quality was very low. The bathroom was old and dirty, without toilet paper but napkins like fast food restaurants. We learnt that many of the hotel guests had troubles with the service and the quality and for some cases they did not pay the full amount. I feel such a victim that i paid 80 per night for this hotel. This hotel could be great with a different management and different stuff.

    Terrible

We have booked 2 double rooms for the last weekend of August since February and paid deposit of 1 night for each room (80 per night per room breakfast included). When I asked for a better price since we were guests for the wedding that would take place in Semantron they responded that this is the best for such quality that they offer so I was happy and longing for the experience I would have this weekend given also that the photos in the site were really promising. When we arrived the 2 rooms were not located closely but the 1 was in a building where right opposite to the room door there was a big space with all kind of useless staff (chairs, tables, dirty tablecloths etc) and it smelled like garbage. The corridor outside the room was like being in a student hostel with drying racks and garbage bags. Obviously this was the staff residents and such rooms did not appear anywhere in their website. The bedroom was basic but in order for the fridge cable to reach the plug they have moved the whole furniture in front of the window thus blocking the access to it. Of course no water in the fridge. The amenities in the bathroom were in a small filthy basket, the plastic curtain was torn and there was this napkin box you find in fast food chain restaurants instead of toilet paper. The clean towels and sheets were carried by the staff in baskets used to carry wood for the fireplace and on top they put boxes and other staff that they had to carry. The worst was yet to come with the attitude of the staff and management. When we complaint about these they said that this is the way toilet paper is in all big hotels (lol) and that if this is the problem then they could bring us a bottle of water, why are we making such a big deal. The next day they changed the room but still the situation in all rooms was the same- cheap construction. The breakfast had a big variety of the lowest quality staff deep frozen croissants, honey and marmalades with no taste, rusks and an orange juice that was not even orange. Dont even think of going unless you want to spoil your vacation.
