Where's the fun?Pro: clean, shoppingcenter on the back. Con: No funfactor, no character (no art, no view other than on a bush outside, bare white walls) Internet has many restrictions (no facetime, no downloading, no porn, no steam). 'Transformerfurniture' (i'd rather have a proper bed than a bad bed that transforms into a couch, a sturdy table is better than a foldout table. I expect sponge and detergent to be included (yes you can buy it at this hotel but who will?) when i come here to cook. No parking is a big issue (only in the weekend on other-company-reserved spots) since it is not close to the center. A hospital room comes closest in review, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

could be betterI selected this apartment house since the price was reasonable (due to a fair, most hotels were very expensive at that time) and the location was close to the company where I had my meeting. The advantage of an apartment is normally that I can make my breakfast and dinner by myself and that I'm not disturbed by housekeeping. Since there was no coffee machine (and no other facility to make coffee), preparing of breakfast was indeed a problem. It should really be easy and not expensive for the hotel owner to provide a coffee machine. The other negative issue was that I was disturbed by housekeeping when I was in the bathroom, although the door was locked and the "do not disturb" sign was used, and although I had not booked housekeeping. As a matter of fact, the housekeeper pretended to use the electrical plug-in ?! Positive was that a shopping center was nearby, also some Restaurants - however most of them were closed on Sunday (with the exception of McDonalds). The room was reasonably large and equipped with the necessary things (except coffee..., see above). Everything was clean. The WLAN was free of charge and worked very well. The reception was very nice (but only present on a few hours on working days).

Dangerous if you have a plane to catch. Gave me a laundry key for the room and not a room key.Don't stay here. No reception during the night. They gave me a key that didn't open my door. My friend was out and I came home before him . My phone was out of charge and my charger was in my room I couldn't access because the key they had given me didnt work in my door as it was a key for the laundry. I spoke to the receptionist in the morning and she said my key had , " "de-magnetised" for some reason !" , not , "I'm really sorry you had to sleep in the reception due to our mistake and the key card not working !" There is an emergency number to call but as mentioned my phone was out of charge and my charger was in the room I couldn't get access to due to the residence receptionist giving me a key for the laundry and not a room key. I had to sleep the night in the reception until my friend came home at 06.00. If I had a flight to catch I would have missed it due to their mistake. When I asked for one night refund due to having to sleep in the reception (because of their mistake and I explained it could have been much worse if I had a flight to catch and couldn't access the room ) they said it was my fault I never called the emergency number or never woke any residents up at 01.30 am to call. It was definitely not my fault. 1. They gave me a key that didn't open my room door. 2. My phone was out of charge and I couldn't call the emergency number because I couldn't access my room to get my charger due to their mistake. 3. I couldn't wake anyone up to call the emergency number as it was 01.30am , there was no reception and no other people about or awake. 4. They said I had another key with number 2 guest. I couldn't contact number 2 guest due to aforementioned phone being out of charge, it's none of their business where number 2 guest was. They are deflecting from a situation that was 100 % their fault and blaming me because my phone wasnt charged and refusing to refund 1 night to me despite me having to spend the night in the reception. As I mentioned, if I had a flight to catch I would've missed it due to this dangerous mistake which was 100% the fault of the residences. I would not recommend anyone stay here incase this situation arises for someone else and they miss a flight plus don't get refunded by cheeky owners who put the blame onto you. A dangerous gamble if this happens to anyone else. You could miss flights which would cost much more than getting a hotel closer to Rennes city centre which has a 24 hour reception and gives you keys tht re programmed to your door and not to the laundry. Go elsewhere is my strong advice.
