  Review on seher hotel and spa

  Awful,I would NEVER RECOMMEND this to anyone that is British. I was made to feel so uncomfortable here by all the other all because I didnt not speak the same language as them and all the elderly people were very rude and one of the old security guards were being very inappropriate and harassing me and my other family members,I was applauded by this awful hotel !!!. Its not shown that this hotel only caters for Germans and Russians. The majority of their drinks tasted watered down aswell. Also, I found that their was never enough spaces for anyone to eat on a table, and it was always horrible to go get food because it was always crowded by staff and rude guests that didnt care about anything else besides their food. These were some of the many reasons I ate minimum food. Their rooms were disgraceful! I was in a room with some of my family members and they can agree with me that the beds were like sleeping on the ground, and the air conditioning was awful it was either freezing cold or boiling hot no inbetween. Their was minimum wardrobe space considering their was 3 people in the room. Also, the rooms are a lot smaller in person than in the pictures and the bathroom was horribly small and everything needed updating. I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!

  Few days ago I came back from this hotel. It's clean, but food is not delicious, doors like paper, always heard family from the room in front of our room. WiFi terrible in the room. We arrived to hotel at 9 p.m, the dinner time was finished, so we need to wait until 11:30 p.m until "night snack bar was opened", we found there soup and rices with some kind of turkey stew, but I didn't find any piece of turkey. The beach is really nice. I have nothing to tell so bad about it, but I would never come back and never recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Loud, zero communication and disappointing

  Just back from this '5 star' (according to them). Things to note: - nobody speaks English (great if you're German, Russian) impossible therefore to talk to fellow holidaymakers, staff, make inquiries etc. - the area is built up, with hotels from every angle. This means that after 9pm you will hear EVERYONE'S entertainment until past 12. I called reception and just got told "it's entertainment, so what!" my kids were trying to sleep, but apparently they think us having a disco in our room was appropriate. - evening meal time is hectic and if you're British, be prepared to get very hacked off by people pushing into queues etc. - the pool is too deep. Our kids (6&8 years old) couldn't stand at all. There is no shallow end. We had issues with other parents allowing their kids to run riot and push and hurt our kids and others on the slides. -Entertainment staff were all happy, friendly people with some English. But often 'fun' came first, safety second with the games etc. - the sea is calm and the beach is pleasant, but there isn't anything to do there. No sports to offer other than volleyball at certain times. We looked for kayaks but couldn't find anything like this. - the surrounding area doesn't really offer much as an alternative to sitting by the pool or on the beach. There are strip malls and options for excursions, which we took (pirate ship from Manavgat to Side) just to break the monotony of the same music, same people etc in the hotel. - the bathroom doesn't have an extraction fan and therefore is ridiculously warm and steamy compared to our room. - my partner and I shared the double bed. We are both tall (5ft 10 and 6ft2) and we're given one small bead spread that only covered our feet to our hips. When requested for a larger one or two of these and more towels (we were given 2 for 4 people) we never received them. - THERE IS NO WI-FI. My partner needed the Internet for his work, but couldn't get online. I tried sending simple WhatsApp messages to family and friends and they took days to go through. Even the staff admitted the wifi is terrible. Would not recommend this place.

  The worst hotel i ever been! Don't go to this hotel!

  The worst hotel, i ever been! The staff are very rude and unfriendly ,all they want is tips in Euro, except the Gruzian staff.They are very polite and are doing their jobs very well. And it's quite disgusting to watch them crawl n creep around all the old age pensioners for the 1 tip. Hotel manager dosen`t care about anything!Five stars? It's not had better 3 stars.The entertainment was a joke.Horribly smell in the lobby and everything needed updating.I wouldn't stay here again if it was for free.Food & Alcohol was the worse in my life except the desserts, was delicious but the same every day.It was just painted in different color.Every day chicken and turkey, we had fish for lunch twice.No drinks for children, very cheap and awful drinks from the machines.AVOID

  Myself, husband and 2 daughter's have just returned from 1 weeks stay at the Seher Resort and Spa hotel. Firstly the hotel is lovely and clean the rooms are great and it is directly on the beach. The beach is private and has shaded sun lounger and own bar. When we went the hotel wasn't full so we had no problem getting sunbed near the pool. Waiters brought you drinks but there was no entertainment. No activities were running due to Covid 19 and food was limited. This is where the problem lay the food was awful. Not all the food stations were open in the restaurant and you could not help yourself. The food was cold and tasteless. The deserts were coloured goo with no taste at all. The snacks were from 3-6pm and were rolls or plain turkish flat bread. Ice cream was 2.30-4pm and was chewy. The cola was only full fat and no diet available and was quite often flat. Not very many waiters or staff speak english- only Russian or German so very often it was really hard to explain what you wanted to drink. The cocktails were like coloured squash and really sweet. However the back massage was great and well worth the money. We tried to book the 2 a la carte restaurants but neither were open due to low guest numbers. If we had been told the food would be limited and not everything would be open we would not have gone on holidays . The hotel is 5 star for location and cleanliness but 2 star for food.
