  Incredible!

  I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We had a truly fantastic holiday. It is lovely to see such a brilliant family run hotel. Everything was kept immaculately. Anything we asked about we were helped with quickly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Embarrassingly, we have almost no spoken Italian and only a couple of the hotel team have very good English. For us though, this was a positive we are in Italy & we see this as part of the point of the holiday we want our children to understand the value in learning foreign languages and to understand how other countries seem so much better at learning English than we are at learning Italian, French, Spanish etc. The children were so impressed with the food that we were using Google translate some evenings in order to leave thank you notes The bedrooms were of such a high standard one of the nicest, most spacious rooms we have ever had as a family and remarkable in terms of typical ski accommodation. As was the food! Do not go expecting rubbish ski food the cuisine here was really fantastic. Kids want me to mention the excellent hot chocolate. The risotto was to die for! Great half board deal. Plenty of hot water in showers & lots of towels and robes in room. Most in our party were not accomplished enough skiers to ski to or from the nearest lift at Francolini until near the end of the week but the ski bus was reliable if busy. We love the slopes in Folgaria awesome skiing. Slight hassle is that Folgaria only seem to have one taxi company - if you head in to town for an evening, you are at their mercy in terms of pricing (notable given how reasonable all other prices were). Again the hotel were as helpful as possible with info re this & it was our choice to eat in town for a change cant recommend the half board deal at the hotel enough. The hotel also sorted our ski hire & ski passes. Spa was very nice & as youd expect a little busy at peak times. Kids club would be good if you have young kids or kids that speak Italian we didnt have much need of it as our room was so big & the common spaces in the hotel were also so lovely. The family owning the hotel are genuinely lovely people. They are great at what they do. We cannot wait for a return visit!

  Lovely family holiday

  We stayed here for one week, with 2 children aged 4 and 7. Its a really lovely hotel, small and personal, with really nice, newly refurbished family rooms rooms. The food is exceptional and everyone really friendly. With little kids we found it easiest to take the ski bus up to main ski areas in the mornings, although you can also jump straight onto the chairlift across the road. The ski bus stops at the front door of the hotel and is really convenient. In the afternoons we would ski back to the hotel, admittely our 4 year old needed quite a lot of assistance to do this, but its a nice quiet run, and you can stop for hot chocolate halfway down. Our kids had lessons up at Fondo Piccolo which was also great. It was our first trip to Folgaria and we found the resort and hotel really lovely. Great atmosphere for families. We hope to be back!

  Perfect for Skiing in Folgaria

  We stayed in Hotel Seggiovia last year (Jan -Feb 2019) for a skiing holiday and returned again in January this year (2020) again to ski. Hotel Seggiovia is perfect for skiing in the Folgaria ski area. The ski area is best suited to intermediate skiers and those learning to ski. We think that hotel Seggiovia is better for the former (intermediates) because the run down to the Hotel is not the easiest. The Hotel has heated ski lockers and is approx. 50m walk from the nearest ski lift. The Hotel has a well-equipped spa with a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room which is great for a relaxation after a hard days skiing. The owners of the Hotel, the Port family, and their staff are welcoming. The Hotel is clean. The meals are generous. The Hotel offers a free children's entertainer (although the children in our family are too old for this service) it is great for those with Children aged 10 years and below.

  Super skiing atmosphere

  Perfect location for skiing, close at ski lift and apre-ski bars. Welcoming family hotel with nice and spacios rooms (suites)! There is a small, nice SPA, everything is very clean. We spent 1 week with NewYear there. Highly recommend this hotel!

  Fantastic Holiday at Hotel Seggiovia

  Located at just few steps from the slopes, Hotel Seggiovia has got everything you need for a ski week holiday. Great service, fabulous food (and as Italians we do know what we are talking about), nice spa and very welcoming. We went there with the children and the mini club has done its job! We really recommend this Hotel.
