  Un buen hotel familiar en un entorno encantador

  Estuvimos en este hotel 2 adultos y 2 niños de 5 y 7 años un semana en agosto. Reservamos una habitación cuadruple con media pensión, pero nos dieron un apartamento con 2 habitaciones, una cocina y un baño. Estuvimos 6 de las 7 noches en una habitación claramente mejor q la q habíamos reservado y por el mismo precio. La decoración, en los dos casos austera, pero perfectamente limpio todo. El apartamento en la planta baja y la habitación en el 1º piso, ésta un poco anticuada. El trato excelente, muy familiar, muy atentos y los niños cómodos. El desayuno buffet completo y rico. La cena era menú fijo que no repitieron ninguna de las 7 noches, muy bien presentado y bueno. Los niños tenían la opción de elegir pasta, salchichas, nuggetts y pescado ó el menu de adulto. El entorno del hotel magnífico, precioso y desde allí hicimos multitud de excursiones en coche de alquiler. Hay infinidad de cosas que hacer cerca de Bonigen. Resumiendo un hotel familiar, tranquilo y muy bien gestionado.

  Buen hotel en un lugar privilegiado.

  Aunque las instalaciones no son modernas y no estaría de más una reforma, el hotel destaca por su absoluta limpieza. Los dueños son encantadores, quisimos salir un día antes de lo previsto debido al mal tiempo y no nos pusieron ninguna pega. La ubicación es perfecta, frente al lago y sin tener que soprotar el bullicio de Interlaken. El restaturante es muy bueno aunque algo caro. Desayuno normal. Recomendable para ir con niños.

  Magnífica calidad precio volveremos¡

  Acabo de pasar unos días durante mi estancia en Suiza en este alojamiento y me ha encantado. En primer lugar me gustaría destacar la atención del staff siempre dispuesto a atendernos con amabilidad y un excelente servicio. Por otro lado las vistas al lago son espectaculares desde las habitaciones y le otorgan un caracter idílico al entorno que además es tranquilo un poco alejado de Interlaken. Recomiendo a todos hacer alguna excursión por la zona ya que esta repleta de maravillosos paisajes. A mi me gusto muchísimo Jungfrau. Respecto a la comida recomendaría probar alguna de sus especialidades merece la pena. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy acogedoras y ciertamente, para ser Suiza, la relación calidad precio es excelente. Sin dudarlo en caso de volver a la zona me alojaría nuevamente aquí.

  Very Bad Restaurant Service, Very Old & City Hotel room

  The woman at the restaurant is very rude and being sarcastic while talking to me with her bad attitude towards Non-European Tourists but she can be very friendly to other European guests, talking French or talking German with them but while servicing Foreigners like me then she can turn to be rude and bad attitude even though I was calm and tried to say '"good morning'" in Their language.. At first she gave a sarcastic laugh every time at my question and then give the answer that you will get surprised to hear it from a Hotel service person. My disappointment that I shared on this website is not the only one that you can find on Internet websites..if you can read back further from other comments.. some are good, some are bad and then you guys will see How "many" bad Reviews that have the same experiences like me. The hotel room was really very dirty with thick dust everywhere on the table and sofa ..looks like it hasn't been touched up and cleaned one more time before the guests check in (maybe the last time cleaning was 1 or 2 weeks ago after the last guests checked out from that room) The Reception was very Ignorant and not ready to hear a feedback and make an action like can't be bothered to hear it or to take it for his consideration for an improvement for better service in the future. Anyway, the hotel is near to the lake some rooms are on the good side of the lake view but a few rooms that I looked before checked in i can see that they are very-very OLD.

  The only reason I came to stay at this hotel is the lake view and the pictures I saw on the internet... The room is old..the bathroom is very old like from the 60s or 70s! the bathroom door won't close..only one small hand soap!..the shower hose is leaking..no enough towels in the bathroom..I wanted to take a shower but after I saw the bathroom I changed my mind..the sink is clogged..the price was too high for this ugly old hotel that looks like a cheap motel..my child was hungry so I wanted to order a dinner for him from this hotel but the phone was not working so I sent my son to the reception but he came back telling me that there is no body there and the lights are turned off and it was 9 pm not late at night!...no enough pillows and the pillow is too flat and not comfortable for the neck and the head..beds are not comfortable..I woke up and my body was hurting me..it's 3 stars hotel but should be 1 star or less; no stars!..you can hear people talking and walking...and they charged us more than the prices on the internet because we have a child although my child sleeps with me in all hotels..in addition, the man in the reception was rude, after we saw the room before we pay or reserve it, we was searching the internet to find another hotel near the lake he asked us did you like the room? we told him to give us 5 minutes to decide, then he said: "so you are using my wifi to search for other hotels??" it was very rude I was shocked because we can buy internet card it's not a big deal! I told my husband to leave this place and go to another hotel after this rudeness that I saw for the first time in my life but be say he was too tired to go to the car so we accepted the ugly hotel for one night only..the breakfast was good..but later in the morning the woman with dark short hair and piercing was rude to us..the only nice person in this place is the blonde lady...and the only good thing about this hotel is the location and the view.
