  A good value alternative

  A good value alternative to a hotel. The area is between Downtown and Capitol Hill. Safe and secure entry with concierge. Our condo was ok but a little shabby around the edges. The common areas need refurbishing as they have a rather drab, dark look.

  Beautiful view and awesome location

  Spent 3 nights / 4 days in downtown Seattle at the Seattle Suites Elekta Condominium. Perfect location for going to any part of the city by walking or public transportation. Surrounded by awesome restaurants, shopping, sight seeing. Loved the location and the condo features.

  VERY unsafe and surrounded by drug addicts, homeless people.

  VERY high crime area with transients coming and going. used condoms and syringes everywhere. unsafe. beware! Also, this is not a hotel but a place where people live and they do not like all of the tourists treating the building like a party toilet. I've encountered lots of barf in the hallways and people smoking and being loud 24/7.

  Great place to stay

  If you have a meeting at the convention center, you can't get any closer. David has everything you need. He's gone way out of his way to make sure that you have all toiletries. The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator is stocked full of things you need. He has a book that is full of info on where to go and how to get there. Can't beat this for your visit to Seattle.

  BEDBUGS 1115 1/22/2020 see photo in review

  BEDBUGS infestation in 1115 1/22/2020 so how could i possibly give a good review to this filthy, decrepit hotel building? noisy, crime ridden and VERY smelly. Lots of hotel guests like to party and marijuana is legal so everyone seems to be smoking it in the hotel rooms. I saw several people with dogs and suitcases so at least it's a pet friendly building (though i think most were sneaking their dogs in).
