  Nice clean place with plenty of space

  Nice place. Came from a cruise with my lady and decided to stay a extra night in palm beach. The room was real clean and spacious. Lobby was a little outdated but I can definitely deal with that. All the staff was friendly. Pretty good drinks at the bar. And the beach is steps away. I will definitely recommend and will come back The pics are at the beach front sorry no pics of hotel..

  Great Location, A lot of deferred miantnance

  Checked into the the hotel, the staff was very freindly, At first I was concrened as I walked down the hall way and looking at the casingf around the fire sprinkler system hanging loose, scratches down the hall and door ways. We reached are room and the first thing that hit me was the musty smell, I looked around the room and laughed. The furniture was outdated the chair in the room was filthy and worn, towel bar in the bathroom was crooked, the shelf in the bathroom as loose and hangeing on by one screw, they painted over the wallpaper and it was peeling off the wall, the furnature reminded me of a budget hotel from the 1980's. I would say the hotel is suffreng from a lot of deferred maintanace. The decore was odd I urge you to look at the pictures below and make your own conclusion. The location was great but, because of the condition of the room I had I would not stay here again,

  Sooo Ghetto!

  This place is the most ghetto I have ever stayed. The paint is peeling everywhere, the bed sheets are scratchy, the whole building smells like a wet dog. Bathrooms are dirt and stained, the place is not monitored at all. I smell people smoking weed and playing loud music down the hall. Parties all night and can't g et rest. Not my idea of a vacation, I am not in my 20's. Place is only good for springs breakers to trash. I will never stay here again, left one night early and ate the fee because it just sucked that bad. Can't plug anything into the walls because the sockets are old and the elevator feels like your gonna fall. The safe to store your stuff must be from 1960, btw.

  Dont stay here

  Driving south along the Florida East Coast we were looking for a place on the beach near Palm Beach. This hotel came up with a good price so we decided to give it a try. Best part of our stay was the receptionist at the front desk with the long hair braids (Jennifer, I believe). Walking through the main entrance the automatic sliding doors didnt work. You had to manually pull them open. This should have been a warning sign. The shower was hot and pressure was good, but the place was filthy (pictures attached). We sprayed everything down with Lysol. So they advertise beach front. Well its a walk through a parking lot, past a local park to get to the beach. You cant see the beach from the hotel unless you were on the top floor or the roof. TV worked, but old school picture, not HD. Noisy AC got me out of bed during the night. Choice of noise or a hot room. Not good! We had been driving all day and we were too tired to find another hotel. Left at sunrise never to return.

  Close to beach

  Not a bad little place. Reasonable price. Could do with a little more attention/bleach in bathroom and mattress def needs replacing. Rest is tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all you need for a quick stop
