  Nothing special, slightly expensive considering

  The spa hotel is next to the highway, there is sound barrier but constant traffic noise persists. At a hundred dollars per day you would at least expect that they don't server you yesterday's dinner left overs for breakfast. The three day, two nights package is actually only two days (48 hours) since they force you to check out on the third day at noon. Drinks and food outside of the set price are expensive.

  A great break 30 minutes from Kiev

  Go there a lot, especially in Summer. Easy to get to. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi included. Great range of treatments available. Rooms fairly basic but clean and pleasant. In summer the pool is fab, though reserve your lounger before lunchtime. There is a great restaurant next door, Gardeneria, which is not part of the hotel, but about 10 metres walk. That's the place for a romantic dinner. All in all good value, but defn four star no five, though they try very hard.

  Great Wellness Centre & Massages

  Great country side wellness and spa. The hotel offers all that is needed but nothing special. But the price was definitely appropriate. Breakfast very good. English is not really a language they master there but all staff was very friendly and helpful. Cannot charge to the room so always at the the day need to pay all...kind of unnecessary to run around the hotel to make payments.

  Atención

  Estoy estupefacta sentada en la mesa del restaurante viendo cómo sirven a todo el mundo a mi alrededor hace ya más de 1 hora y 20 minutos. Me levanto indignada y le pregunto a la de recepción porque no me sirven , es porque no hablo ruso. Están atendiendo a todo el mundo e ignoran a nuestro grupo. Lo peor es que tengo la comida y la cena ya pagadas por la empresa en este lugar. Viajo muchísimo por trabajo y es lo peor q he visto en mi vida

  The place seems to be good, but price-quality sucks. We don't want to come back again

  We came here as a family of 2 parents and a 2.5 yrs old son, we live in Kyiv and wanted to spend a couple of days in a SPA hotel. Territory You can find playground for children; cages with pigs, chicken, goats; restaurant with terrace, pool, hotel itself with the SPA zone in he basement, backyard with an arbour, hammocks and some stuff left after reconstruction works. Children's playground is not in a good condition. There is a rivet sticking out of slice. One can catch on it and hurt the head. When you enter the hotel, there is a small entrance hall where the guard is sitting behind the desk. Some times when I passed by him, I felt his unpleasant smell. This set-up reminds me a Soviet Union style dorms where big fat dorm manager sits at the entrance and scans everybody who gets in. Restaurant As you can read on tripAdvisor, the prices are too high for this level of service. We waited for about 50 min. Food was tasty (but not breakfast - read later). The table was shaky, so the waiter had to put something under the leg for it to get stable. That was funny. The first menu card was missing one page. The bill for two persons for a light lunch without drinks was 675 UAH (meat, mashed potatoes, French fries, rice, the cheapest salad). As I could read from the bill, the more expensive category items belonged into group 1, and cheaper items fell under group 2. Group 1 and group 2 were billed and paid separately (I assume this is done to avoid high taxes - haha, this is hilarious!) Pool Was very nice, open air, nice touching ground, in a good condition and clean. It was phantastic to swim and see the stars. Water was cool and it was great in hot summer. One disadvantage: in a shower near the pool there is no soap. What?.. Room We paid 2050 UAH for a night (standard category). The rooms is overall OK and clean, the design was good, but 1) conditioning was a central one, and we did not have enough air all the time (I opened the window almost all the time) 2) the bed sheet had a big hole (see picture) 3) the toilet bowl in the bathroom is located under the wash basin, so men should pee from the side, and women should sit on the side as well. 4) we were lucky to have no insects in the room, but the mosquito net was missing 5) fire hydranth on the ceiling was missing the cap (it was located in the desk drawer 6) bathrobe have a lot of yellow flakes. Oh come on.... 7) shower: it is leaking, the floor is sagging under the person who takes the shower 8) the floor under the bed is awfully dirty Breakfast Is served in different places, and it's done randomly. According to the receptionist, you have to call each time you want to go for breakfast, and ask where you should go. The sofas are great, but the ground is dirty again. The waiter seems to have his first day at work: inattentive, stuttering. We asked for a glass of milk for the son, he refused, as milk is served for the coffee only. WTF??? The tea was served in a 100 ml cup. He said he would bring more tea if we ask. Why?.. Breakfast was not tasty. Latte cannot be served for breakfast which costs 180 UAH. Only Americano with milk. Books about Russia, Russian lotto game, Russian billiards. Seems to be nothign special, but along with Russian only speaking staff and Russian only menu cards and signs (no Ukrainian) it seems like the landlord is not a fan of Ukraine. However, staff can speak English. But replies in Russian, when you spek Ukrainian. Staff Is overall polite, but when you observe their faces, you notice they are serious, knit their brows. I did not notice simple smile, kind heart and openness. SPA zone 1) Space. We were here in August, when it was hot. So there were 5-10 people in the whole hotel. For this quantity of guests, the space in hammam and dry sauna was good. But I can hardly imagine this hotel in winter. It holds ~40 rooms. 2) Temperature. Hammam was cold for the whole day (2 of 3 days we stayed). Dry sauna was good 2 days of 3. 3) Light in the dry sauna could be stronger. You can hardly see where to go when you enter it. 4) showers have doors (what for?..) and they are pretty hard to open with wet hands. 5) cold water handle is hard to operate - difficult physically and difficult to understand what direction to rotate. Water is cold enough, thanks for that. 6) Cleanness. The bowl in hammam was slippery. Water dump was not working, the stinky water was inside. Many veneer pieces fell off, the floor is very dirty. 7) The bucket with cold water is missing. Also, if you want to swin in the pool after the sauna, you have to take a long way to the pool outside, as there is no small pool right in the SPA zone.
