  Great Staff, helpful and very welcoming

  Arriving in China can be chaotic and overwhelming, so to arrive at a Hotel that restores order makes checking in and getting information (of any kind) easy was a great relief. The staff were fantastic great English and more than happy to answer any questions and make recommendations. The Manager, in particular, runs a nice hotel and does not feel it beneath him to offer help with anything. The only complaint I have is the lack of air conditioning throughout the common areas, be prepared...However, considering energy costs and the size of the place I shouldn't complain, afterall, nothing worse than a icey lobby and a stuffy room and the air conditioning in the room was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

  The fantastic location compensates for cockroaches et al

  Cockroaches in the apartment are a standard, additional creepy & crawly creatures, overpriced, unresponsive management, greedy landlords, rent that goes up by the minute like a taximeter why on earth do I go back to this place? Because of the location: a few minutes walk to the subway, great bus connections, supermarkets, shops, close to San Li Tun. Few places can beat this wonderful location.

  Great -when you find it

  We stayed in a different building to this one,it was building 26.This place was hard to find,we booked through Agoda and printed the address in Chinese but nobody could read it but we managed to stumble upon it and when we found it there was no reception just a sales office who made a phone call and a man came to find us and checked us in. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.It is ten minutes walk to the subway and from there you can go anywhere you wish.Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a shop on site.You get a card for the gates so very secure. A great base for exploring this great city.

  Average, need lots of improvement

  I stayed here for 5 nights and it was pretty OK if you are not fussed about cleanness and service. It is a service apartment building so I was not expecting too much service as a hotel, but the housekeeping is not existed if I don't contact the manager to ask for it, they don't even come to clean your trash can if not asked...The room is in pretty good size but it is terribly maintained, especially the bathroom, dirty with broken faucets! I think this is a great place in an excellent location but it needs a better management.

  No welcome drink

  Nice gated community apartment complex. But it seems we rented a room occupied by someone staying permanent. Very difficult to locate the owner. There is no reception so we had to ask non English speaking people. Make sure you arrange with contact person to meet you at gate. Our contact was a chick called cherry. They take 500 yuan deposit. This is not a hotel. Just stay at hotel if price is same.
