Loved the 2 bedroom apartment. My mom and I stayed there for over a week. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. We walked the local IGA (2 minute walk) to buy groceries since there was a full kitchen. The in room washer and dryer allowed us to keep our luggage light. It is on the tram line offering easy transportation to Fed Square in mintes. Be sure to get your MyKi card at IGA to ride the tram. With the Royal gardens so close by it was nice to walk and enjoy them. The staff was very helpful and caring. This will be our first hotel of choice when we visit Melbourne again.

not the bestWe arrived at the hotel and booked in. we got our room key then went out shopping.when we came back to went to our room. up the lift and on to our floor.the key to the room would not work ,we came back down the lift got a new key and had to do it all over again as the second key would not work.after the girl took us up.she said the staff member sent us to the wrong hotel building.we had to then go back down and take another lift to the other building. The room was just poor and had a very strange smell. The male staff was just so rude he was only interested in his dinner and mobile phone.there was a change for the car park that we were not told about.the pool was so cold and the spar had dead skin around the pumps.the sauna was not even hot. I can not believe how run down this hotel was.

DON'T STAY HERE!! Sent email of complaint to Seasons Botanic Gardens 6 days ago and have had no response!!!Arrived at 11am last Saturday & spoke to the lady at reception who told us the room wasnt ready & we told her we would be back in the evening & called at 8:20pm to confirm we would be there between 10-11pm and were assured all was well, as booked. When we got there at 10:15pm, we were allocated Room 509. Upon entering, the bed was unmade and the bathroom had wet towels on the floor. Back to reception we went & were upgraded to Room 104. Upon entering our upgraded room, large volumes of water were coming out of the washing machine and the carpet was soaked & room flooded. We again returned to reception to advise of the flooding in room 104 and were told he would get someone to attend to it in the morning as he was on his own. After apologising, we were told there were no more vacant rooms in the hotel and would need to seek accommodation elsewhere. As it was nearing 11pm, we realised the futility of attempting to secure a room for the night and asked for a taxi to take us home. I am in disbelief that a room which was booked and fully paid for up to 10 weeks in advance was not available for our stay. Completely ruined our reunion with our other friends and the whole weekend was a failure thanks to the utter incompetence at your hotel, thus affecting ourselves and our friends, who were also your guests. Very very disappointed!!

ComfortableProbably in need of upgrade, well located, comfortable, quiet room, stayed in tower 2 Staff were pleasant, not informative at all. My room was a 1 bedroom apartment, there was a restaurant at the front of the hotel, breakfast was not that good, parking I used the on street parking. Paid for it on my phone at 8am for the hour, without leaving my room
