Unhelpful StaffWe stayed two nights in a two bedroom condo and unfortunately we were put in a room where the air conditioner/heater was broken. It was over 80 degrees inside the unit when we arrived. We eventually had to turn the hvac off and open windows to cool thing off a bit but it was still warmer than we would have wished. We mentioned that it was broken to management and they didn't do a thing. I'm disappointed we were never offered to switch to another unit or any sort of discount for the inconvenience. I think there was only a handful of people at the resort so it's not like there was a shortage of rooms to change us to. For how expensive the units are (not to mention the exorbitant cleaning fee!!) I would expect perfection. On a positive note the condo itself is beautiful. I just wish the staff was more friendly and helpful. We felt so ripped off that we won't be returning.

Family GetawayThis was my first time to Sandpoint and after staying at the Seasons for this vacation I am already planning on going again next year and staying longer. The property is located right on the lake. The train tracks are right behind the building and honestly we never had any noise problems at all. We utilized the pool and the went on the lake everyday as well as walked or road our bikes around town. The room we had had two large bedrooms and a kids bedroom with bunk beds. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Excellent Guest Services & Beautiful PropertyWe rented a condo at the Seasons for the 4th of July weekend, it was fantastic. Guest Services did a great job making sure we had everything we needed upon check-in. There are train tracks behind the property but this did not bother us one bit. The property is beautiful and well kept. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A trip to the Train Station...Booked a stay at the Seasons mid September 2020 in one of their townhomes. The accommodations were very nice. The community and amenities were very nice. The townhome was sitting on the edge of a beautiful lake as advertised. This was not an inexpensive visit... However, no where was it disclosed that the community and our $600 a night accommodation was located within 60' of the train tracks. This train ran in front of our townhome every twenty minutes twenty-four hours a day. At night the beds shook as the train went by. We were unable to open up the sliding glass doors at night for air. The trains whistles blew all night long. My kids tried to count the train cars out their windows in an effort to fall asleep. I am very serious when I say you could have thrown a rock and hit the train, which was elevated about 15' higher than our front door in direct line with the second floor bedrooms. This is a beautiful facility, lake and area in general. But if the train had been a disclosure before booking, I was have not rented at the Seasons. Very disappointing and expensive trip.
