  Good location, excellent staff

  Apartments Neshkov is a great choice for a holiday on the Black Sea in Varna, Bulgaria. It is located on the road from Varna to the resorts Golden Sands and St. Konstantin, 10 minutes by car from the city center, or 25 minutes walk through the "Sea Garden" park. Within 5 mins walk is located "Picadilly Park", including a supermarket, restaurants and some shops. It is excellent for a holiday with the kids. It is also 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the "Sea Garden" park. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need. However, the equipment is a bit old and can use some refreshment. Especially the aircos in our apartment were old and not working efficiently. Still did the job though. But that is probably the only recommendation I can make for improvement. The wifi is fast and free but if you're using Apple, it will be dropping every time you lock your device. So you will need to re-enter the login details again and again. It works fine on Windows and android devices. Staff speaks English and is extremely friendly and helpful. Really pleasant people and excellent service. In the inner yard there is a pool, which is very clean and maintained daily. There is also a small kids pool and a play ground with swings and a slide. Overall, great place to stay and reasonable price.

  Great freindly hotel!

  My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in a one bedroom apartment (334) and had a lovely time! The apartment was spacious and clean. We had two balconies, a small one from the bedroom to hang out wet clothes and towels etc. and a large one leading out from the living area with a table and four chairs on it. Both overlooking the swimming pool area and the black sea. There was also a kitchen area which was well stocked with essential equipment and utensils and a bathroom with shower and small bath. The pool area was always clean and tidy and there was a small bar in the corner to get drinks from and there was a lifeguard on duty during the day. The hotel is in a quiet area of Varna, only about 5-10 minutes walk away from the beach (although it is up a hill on the way back) and close to a few nice restaurants including Parmy and La Pastaria. The bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away and from there you can catch the 409 bus every 15 minutes into either Varna one way or Golden Sands the other way (both costing no more than 3 zen per adult). The one thing that really stood out about this hotel was how helpful and friendly the staff were including Manager Marie and Maria both of whom were on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were great at ordering taxis, reserving tables for dinner etc. We arrived early, before our room was ready, but they allowed us to use the staff apartment to store our luggage and change so we could sit by the pool until our room was ready. Unfortunately my husband needed to visit the medical centre whilst there and they wee great at ordering the taxi, ringing the medical centre to explain we were coming and what the problem was, and even gave us a mobile number so we could contact them if we had any problems. Overall a great stay in a lovely hotel at a reasonable price. We wish them every success in the future.

  Quiet place with a nice sea view

  We stayed here because we wanted to visit the city, but also have a quiet place to return to at night. And it was a great choice. It is not far from the city, there is a bus stop really close, the taxis are cheap and the staff was very helpful and hospitable. The rooms were clean and they made sure they offered us a room with a view, as we have requested. The sofa in the living room was not as comfortable as expected, but it was ok. If the persons sleeping there would have been taller or bigger, the couch wouldn't have been an option unfortunately. There aren't supermarkets in the area, but you can manage with the gas station for things like water and go to the hypermarkets when you need to buy more stuff. It is was ok for us as we didn't stay home almost at all during the day. All in all it is a nice place, the girls from the reception were very nice and if in Varna again, we will probably return.

  Very pleasant

  Clean,good maintained,friendly staff and very helpful.Good value,close to the bus stop.Will recommend and will visit again.Even we visit winter was brilliant I can imagine summer when the pool will be open.You can feel like home.Thanks

  An excellent apartment hotel!

  The unit is an apartment in an apartment hotel. The apartment is big, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equiped with most everything you can think of; a washing machine with a washing closet is included, and a big sleeping room. The apartment is very clean, as well as the public areas of the hotel. The reception is very helpful and friendly, and the location is very good: in a quiet part of the city, but only a short bus ride to the center, adjacent to the Sea Park which renders the hotel its name. The hotel has a very nice free pool, and a great view to the sea from the balcony which gave us the pleasure of watching the sunrise every morning. To this you should add the outstanding owner, Momchil Yordanov, who was attentive to our every need, and the very good price, and you will have the perfect apartment to stay in Varna. Most recommended!
