  So good weve stayed here three times!

  This b&b is highly recommended especially for their motorcycle parking spaces, which are to be found around the back of the premises. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is substantial and coeliacs are catered for. Thoroughly recommend.

  Perfect , safe,cosy welcoming B and B

  landlay Sue could not have been more welcoming and helpful in this clean,cosy, relaxing and peaceful guest house. Rooms modern, fresh , en suite, tea/coffee facilities, safe and quiet. Breakfast varied , including cooked and vegetarian. Really good filter coffee in your own cafitierre ! usage of cosy lounge with comfy seating and books during the day. You do not get put out of room and can use room all day .

  Perfection!

  Ideal location only paces away from the main square (free parking) lovely warm welcome from Sue, immaculate throughout, pleasant ensuite room with lots of attention to detail, bed & linen - OUTSTANDING, fantastic breakfast! This is a quiet, peaceful above standard guest house , for the price, far exceeded expectations, wouldn't hesitate to book again, Many Thanks for your hospitality Sue!

  Amazing stay

  Stayed in this lovely b&b last week for one night. Would have loved to stay longer. Beautiful house, very clean and a very nice hostess that made us very welcome on arrival, nothing was too much trouble. We were given a beautiful room at the front but it was very quiet. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely going to this little gem again.

  Great guest house.

  Recently stayed at this guest house and was pleasantly surprised. Room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Large bathroom and shower.Bedding quilt and pillows were high quality and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this guest house to anyone thinking of visiting and staying in Moffat.
