  Dangerous Swimming Pool and Terrible Staff

  Dangerous!!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!!!!! Our kids got deep cuts by swimming pool! Our family has just been there for holiday turned out a terrible experience. The swimming pool built with colored glass pieces which got damaged for a while. The resort didnt fix it while there were so many people got deep cut before (we got told by people while my kid was yelling). Both my daughters and friends son got deep cut. They got really painful. The staff brought a plastic bag of below basic First Aid stuffs with the horrible skills. After the accident, there was no one even asked us a question. The rooms were so old without any renovation. Breakfast looked so dirty. Definitely, we dont recommend this place. Dangerous!!!!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!!!!!

  Should try a hotpot in a restaurant

  This hotpot is the best. All the ingredients are fresh and the taste of hotpot quite delicious. We have two options for using it. One with the hotpot or using it with the peanut sauce. You should call first and come after 1 hours. It takes time to prepare.

  Hello everyone! I decided to give a present to myself and bought a tour to Viet Nam in April.I needed relax and rest, so I've chosen the hotel far from the airport, near the sea and with as less people as possible. The room was clean and overlooked the garden. It was comfortable in every way.The maids ensured my room were immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful (to exchange money). The pool was clean and quite large. A lot of flowers, a pond with fish(you can feed them), well-groomed lawns.... A lot of tasty food, exotic fruit..I will certainly be staying here again!

  Nice hotel | but 'environment policy'?

  Generally speaking a really nice hotel. Its quite big but doesn't feel that way. friendly staff and free bicycle use to roam the surroundings. However, most people know the environment notice hotels place in rooms saying: 'towels on the floor means replace them, hanging them up means do not replace'. It doesn't matter what you do, new towels and linen everyday. I'm a big advocate of such a policy, but practice what you preach guys. It's not that hard... Telling the reception/staff in person didn't help unfortunately.

  2020 Mui Ne stay

  Beware independent travellers, this is not a 4* hotel. The hotel has good rooms, attractive grounds and one of the best beach positions. However, breakfast is very poor quality, with limited choices, the gym has old faulty/dangerous equipment and the wi-fi in my room was unreliable during my 2 week stay. Also, all the preferable sunbeds are reserved by the other package tour residents before 6am in the morning. Never quite worked out how they achieved that.
