  Very comfortable and well-appointed, and super-helpful and friendly managers.

  We were down for just two nights for a very sad funeral, but our accommodation in Couta Studio was perfect. We arrived late, but rang as requested as we left Avalon airport so on arrival the heater was on already and room well-warmed. We didn't use the cooking facilities, but there seemed to be plenty of everything you'd need. Super-comfy king bed with quality linen and plenty of pillows. We needed some extra coat-hangers which were immediately provided. Decor was pleasing and modern. There was sufficient space, and two comfy chairs so we could watch tv without falling over each other. Perhaps not much space if you had large suitcases, but a good bench for our two overnight bags. A big plus was that there was plenty of space next to the basin in the bathroom for toiletries (a real bugbear in so many places when you have to put them on the floor), big shower, lots of good hot water. Only lacked some big high towel rails so towels could dry properly - the rails under the basin are long-enough, but low so towels have to be folded. Free chocs were a nice touch (though we forgot to eat them) and a full litre of milk rather than tfiddly little capsules. TV and aircon/heating controls were straightforward, wifi worked well (I downloaded an e-boook without difficulty). Nice to have a little outside area with table and chairs, and barbecue facilities close by too (we didn't use them). Seahaven has a mixed range of accommodation in various buildings nestled in pleasant gardens and close to the centre of Barwon Heads. Great recommendation to The Beach House for dinner too. Natasha was very helpful in booking and she and her husband ( think) were very welcoming and genuinely hospitable when we arrived. A welcome haven during a very sad visit. I was sorry I missed them as we left as I'd have liked to say thank you in person. Thoroughly recommended.

  Great stay.

  Very comfortable and everything thought of! It was winter and the fire was already lit. Absolutely no complaints so a 5 from me. Only thing to note was car space was very tight for a small SUV, so if youve a big vehicle just check or you could park on the street?

  Lovely place to stay in Barwon Heads

  Friendly staff, quiet setting, lovely cabin, tasteful decor, v clean and comfy. Free DVDs available to borrow. Free wifi. We had a nice stay - and I would recommend this place as a great option for anyone. It is quite a walk into the Main Street where all the shops are. Its ok if you have a car. We had motorbikes and didnt want to take them out again. Its a good 10-15 mins and we were tired so didnt bother. I was also expecting a sea view due to the cover picture on Booking.com but its away from the esplanade. Saying that I still thought it was lovely!!

  Excellent holiday apartments

  We rang at short notice, on a public Holiday (Geelong Cup Day), after our pre booked accommodation in the city was not appropriate due to being an unexpected construction site. A quick chat with Natasha and we had secured a 1 bedroom apartment for the next 2 nights. The onsite manager couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we could have needed, including laundry facilities in the garage. We loved our time at Seahaven and the surrounding district. Highly reocmmend

  Perfect home away from home.

  We have enjoyed 5 weeks here in the Colite Cottage while having renovations done at our home. The cottage was comfortable and well appointed. A weekly service was welcomed. The cottages were popular post Covid lockdown, but the cottages are quiet, apart from the possum on the roof! We enjoyed the park opposite, coffee from Starfish Bakery and a wander into the village or to the beach. Great places to eat in town and the IGA is very well stocked. Even though we are locals, and we were working, it actually felt like we were having a break. Natasha and Chris were outstanding hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris even came on a Sunday to attend to an issue with a shower. We highly recommend Seahaven Village to anyone visiting the Bellarine. It would be a perfect base for your stay.
