It's just 3* hotel!!!Hotel deserving maximum 3 stars (for cleanliness). In the second line, facing the back of another hotel. From the room, which was supposed to be a "sea view", a good view of the pools and hotel facilities from the first line and finally the sea ... Average food, never enough. The worst coffee I've ever had. The wine is poor as is the service and their knowledge of English. They don't even have enough glasses for wine - and this is supposed to be 5 stars? At reception only one person speaks decent German. There's no well educated manager at this hotel and the same is the whole staff. Strongly not recommended.

The poorest hotelTHE POOREST HOTEL Good things: - Is clean and in good condition - Most of tourists are civilized Germans. They never complain about nothing. - No kids - The shower is modern, big and good but NO VENTILATION - The food is good (NOT GREAT) inside the main restaurant for 3 meals daily. But almost nothing to eat except those. This is not all inclusive. Is full board. - Service is good. They bring anything to your sunbed. But anything means : coffee, local bad drink or a cookie. Bad things: - You have to "negotiate" for a room with one big bed. They say standard garden view means two small beds. - Very poor/cheap everything: food, drinks, furniture, design - No free sunbeds after 8. Tourists leave towels on sunbeds since 6-7 . Hotel staff do nothing about it. There is no rule written nowhere like in any other civilized hotel. - Rooms are almost empty. No extra chair or bed or sofa. Only two plastic table-chairs. - You can't take nothing yourself. You have to wait at bars for a small plastic cup of water, for a coffee from the machine, for a dried cookie , apple or for anything else - Only two types of fruits at pool bars : apples and watermelon - No bottled water. Only one bottle in rooms. - No sealed ayran . Only poor quality "home made" in risky reused recipes. - No gozleme (traditional Turkish pie) - No single use paper cups for coffee or for any drink (never seen so poor before) - Same plastic glasses washed and reused - Very weak wi fi. Mostly offline. - Usual food things like pizza or burgers are made only at request and takes so much time that you will abandon the idea. There is NOTHING else to eat at pool bar. - People are waiting in rows for wafers because they bake it in your face. They do it fast so is not baked properly. - So many sunbeds crowded at a small pool - No showers at the pool - Safe box in rooms are extra charged - Super small territory - They keep most of the lights and the air con off so the hotel looks bad, sad, poor and feels the same. They save money!!! - They keep only one elevator on daytime. The other one is off. Max savings!!! - Cookies are few, bad, pudding based, never replenished. Neither the food. - The bed is hard as stone - Thin cheap curtains. The sunlight will wake you up before 6 in morning. - Conclusion: they take tourists money and spend almost nothing

Decent HotelPleasantly surprised and happy when first seeing the hotel. Some of the comments on TA are a bit harsh. Check in was great and swift, welcome glass of champagne a nice touch. Taken straight to our room, spotless and spacious. Great bed. Air con worked all day every day. Food in restaurant good, not Michelin star but ideal for a weeks holiday. Plenty of choice. Lots of fresh fruit. Alcohol was poor as included in our package was local alcohol. The champagne was the best out of the wines. Then Red, Rose and a very sharp white coming in last. We never hit the pool area, straight to the beach everyday. The entertainment at night was poor. Kicked off at 9pm. The Turkish themed entertainment one night was like a kindergarten doing their best impression of riverdance. A lot of German Russian and polish people in the hotel. No issue as everyone was very decent. All in all a great week in a comfy hotel.
