  Great resort right on the beach!

  We really loved our stay at Sea Villas. It was very clean and appealing. It's right on the beach and so convenient for restaurants and activities.This was a family vacation and found things for all of us to do and enjoy!

  Late August Early Sept trip

  Nice stay. Had issue with ice maker & air conditioner to which maintenance responded quickly. Small resort on beach. Good location. Private entrances to all units. Unit itself on small size but we had two bedrooms and full kitchen.

  great resort on the beach

  Sea Villas is a great small resort right on the beach. A short walk on the beach to restaurants and shops. Easy to access, with light traffic. Great place for a quiet getaway on an uncrowded beach. Lots of things to see and do nearby

  Beach condo

  The unit is on the beach. Unit 212, has views of the ocean. Stair access only, bummer lugging luggage 2 flights up. It has a deck with well used furniture. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, sagging and uncomfortable. There is a very small closet in the master and no dresser that put things in. Pool deck is nice along with a lanai thanksgiving s covered. New Smyrna is a quaint little town with nice restaurants.
