Not at all what it seems!+ This apartment building is very nicely located close to the beach and will probably be even better in a few years when all construction work all around it is finished. At first sight it looks really really good. Beautiful design of the building and the apartment we stayed in looked great. The buildings looks very secure. - No personal on site, only security guards at the front desk. This "hotel" is NOT a good choice if you do not speak polish, it was a small mission to get hold of someone who knew English, and when we finally had checked in and gotten our key, all important info was in polish, (parking, security, AC, WiFi and such) and nobody could answer our questions (thank god for Google translate). The WiFi did not work. - There were no sheet in the bed! Only a dirty mattress cover! We called and asked and they claimed not to use sheets in the beds (not hygienic!). The linen were in a rough (from washing) brightly colored flannel, not something you would expect in a hotel. -The towels reeked of mildew! So much that the smell transferred to your skin if you used them. I am very glad that we only had one night booked at this place. According to Booking.com there is ten different companies in this apartment building, renting out their apartments. My guess is that the one we had the bad luck to come across will not keep on doing this for long, They have no idea how to run a hotel.

view to seaArchitectural landmark in great location.Building was designed and developed with great attention to detail and luxury finishes. For every apartment there is a designated parking space on one of the first 3 floors of the building. Lobby looks just like an entrance to the boutique hotel. On the clear day from the 38th floor of one of the towers you will get the best view of the area. We stayed one night in the one bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable for 2 adults with a child. For me the best part after all is the location of the building, most of the Gdynia's attractions are just walking distance from there. My favorite is the strip of small restaurants, just by the sea. Most of them will offer a great food on the budget, many with a live entertainment by night. The only set back for us, was the very laud sound of the wind on the 14th floor, which was making sleep difficult.

Fantastic stay here last weekend!I was a bit surprised at first when my boyfriend told me we would stay at Sea Towers, I had never been to Gdynia before and did not know what to expect. However, I was shocked by how beautiful this place is and more over the apartment where we stayed was super nice & super luxurious for the price we paid. We had no hassles and it was like living in our own apartment. We cooked our own meals and enjoyed the fabulous view of the marina, port and beach down below. There is also a huge club house on the roof deck with spectacular and breathtaking views of the harbors and ports. The location is about 10 to 15 mins walk to the railway and bus station. Downside there are no supermarkets or shops if you want to buy something urgently and have to walk a bit to a Zabka or Fresh Martket store. A bit pricey but worth the experience :)

Beware of this place if you want to have pleasant holidayThese buildings are huge and there are many individuals and companies renting out apartments there. I was particularly unlucky to rent the apartment from he worst one you can get ...24.. If you don't want to loose your money and have pleasant holiday avoid it. We payed for a 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view. When we arrived the apartment was perfect with astonishing view on the sea. We loved it, but our happiness didn't last long. After couple days someone knocked to door and claimed to be the rightful owner of the apartment and asked us to move out. In exchanged we were offered an apartment with a view on a parking and next door office building with a standard below a 2 star hotel. After push we received the same quality apartment but only one bedroom. When I asked for a refund I was told that it is almost the same size so there will be no refund. In the end at the check out it turned out that there are some scratches on furniture that are only visible in a sun light and we were supposed to pay for it. I rejected and walked away. I have never ever experienced such a treatment anywhere in the world.

Great location, bad valueI booked a room for 425 zl about two weeks before coming, which was quite a lot ..additionally I was charged 100zl for cleaning the apartment. We came and got keys and instructions with no problem - this is a great plus. The apartment was quite strange with... bathroom in the bedroom..strange idea. Not very clean, not very new.. I left my iphone charger, nobody responded for my email asking if I can get it back. I checked price the same day I was there ..was 175 zl.. quite disappointing that I had to pay 3 times more when booked in advance. Not a bad place but if you can get itvery cheap.
