  Thank you for a lovely stay!

  we generally had a really good experience. Pros: + the manager (Mr Unal Gunes) was extremely helpful and an amazing example of great customer service, all our requests were actioned quickly and efficiently. + the staff was generally lovely but Mr Gunes's willingness to help and dedication was above average and you could tell that he's just a great person that does his job in the best possible manner + location - few steps from a nice beach, not crowded, easily accessible from the city center + public areas of the hotel were amazing, very elegant! + fresh and tasty breakfast, some elements changed so it's not the same every morning +we asked for some food early in the morning as we were going for a trip at 6am, a lot of fresh products were waiting for us at 5:30am, it was a lovely surprise as we were expecting a sandwich or something simple. Another day we were late for breakfast and the manager made sure that we get something anyway - so again, customer service at its best! + a lovely local restaurant serving fresh fish 5 minutes away (Balik Evi) Cons: - the room was a bit tired but it was still good value for money (few small upgrades like replacing the toilet bin, rusty shelve etc would make a huge difference) - a bit noisy as located next to a busy road but that's the only way to have the sea view and be few steps away from the beach, not that inconvenient especially that all hotels facing the sea have exactly the same 'problem' - not all the staff speaks English, luckily the manager was around most of the time and his English was very good

  Just opposite beach.

  The hotel is quite clean and good.The hotel is just opposite the beach. Also the hotel is at the walking distance to the Antalya Aquarium and other parks.My only issue was the bathroom where the bath area was too small and also the lights in bathroom would switch off automatically when there is no movement outside the bath area.So the light was getting switched off while bathing.

  The good choice if you want to stay in city centre

  If you want to stay in the city centre, I think Sea Side can be a very good option for you. Clean and big rooms, comfortable beds and wonderful sea view(not sure that every room have a sea view). Beach is right across the street and it is an advantage as well. The worst thing about thing about the hotel is food. Poor menu, poor taste. It might be better to eat outside. Helpful staff but not well informed. Budget friendly.

  Unclean!

  The location and view was perfect, the staff were friendly and the restaurant down stairs had good food. The bed was large and comfy however I would not stay again and do not reccomend. It was very dirty you can tell their cleaning is poor and rushed. You can see the dust, stains and finger marks behind the tv, on the walls, doors and when they mop they don't get behind furniture you can see the dirtyness I felt disgusting staying their to be honest. Once they forgot toilet paper in our room. The fridge was putrid food and drink marks and finger prints, you can tell they have not wipped it out in ages! The first day when I had a shower lucky I checked the towel I held it up to the window and it had yellow stains all over it but you could not see the stains unless you held it up to the light. One day we could tell our bed sheets were not changed. The towel rack was broken and the shower head was broken and my partner had to fix the shower. One morning the shower was cold. The aircon was working however it did leak after being on for 20+mins. The breakfast was good though but you can tell they do not vacuum or mop the floors in the lobby also. The room had some wear and tear. The bin in the bathroom needs replacing as it was very rusty and also broken. I am being honest I do not reccomend but that is only due to the uncleanliness if they uped their cleaning by x10 then I would come back as they are nice people and great location just such a shame they don't clean well. Unfortunately they did not help with luggage but their is a lift though and I found it strange and rude that they asked for the payment for the room on the second day when we were staying for 3 nights and payment was skedualed for check out. I'm beating myself up that I didn't take photo's on my phone because Im totally new to reviews and travelling but I am not being dramatic it was unclean!

  Avoid

  Sea Side hotel Alanya Turkey AVOID !!!! Although the location is great the hotel is old, dark, worn and dirty. Split unit AC runs but DOES NOT COOL when set at 18 even overnight. Bedcover had bloodstain, bathroom full of mildew, shower not functioning well, missing light bulbs. The entire hotel was dingy and disgusting.. I also found it curious that there were many ladies lounging in the le lobby.
