  Misleading information

  We came for 2 weeks and were allocated an apartment across the road from the beach so no sea view as advertised. Very unhelpful on arival and refused to change us to a better apartment even for the second week. No exercise room although website said there was one. Poor quality internet service. Actual apartment was fine although we had a couple of issues with cockroaches.

  Quiet Slice of Paradise

  We found a last minute booking thru RCI for Seaside in November after our original timeshare in Pompano Beach cancelled at the last minute due to incomplete repairs from the Sept. hurricane winds. Couldn't have been luckier or happier - RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Small older timeshare - with friendly guests and front desk folks. Timeshare has 2 buildings across a quiet road from each other - the 2-story, 2 bedroom units with pool and hot tub on the west side and the 3-story (with elevator) 1 bedroom & studio units with pool on the beach side. Our 3rd floor end unit #30 was a 1 BR 2 bath with large private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean - slept on the lounge chairs some mornings waiting for the gorgeous sun rises. Only the end units, studios & 2 BR units appeared to have private balconies. But, both buildings offer lots of relaxing and entertaining space and ocean has line of buoys to mark swim area - helps to keep you from going out too far. Collecting seashells was addicting and there's an open shower area at the entrance to the condos from the beach. Easy walking distance to Walgreens, a few restaurants, the pier, playground and outdoor gym. Loved the coziness and the fact it was on right on the beach so much - that I bought a timeshare from a list they had for resale - so I could own a little piece of paradise myself!

  Small resort but a good one!

  We stayed at this resort in early November 2018. It seemed to be off season as there were not many people around. The room was adequate and well furnished. You could not ask for a better location on the beach. The facilities were well kept and clean. Some rooms were located across the street, which was not a busy street and not a major street. We were within walking distance to other stores and restaurants. We would return here again.

  Way outdated lots of damage and treacherous stairs

  We spent a week at this condo. The condo was is great disrepair. Cabinets were falling apart, Beds were like sleeping on the floor, and the stairs are treacherous. The outside is worse than the inside. The condos do have a nice pool and is close to the beach. You can't see the water which is no big deal. They must must must fix this place up. The stairs only have 1 rail and are slick wood stairs. My husband fell all the way down the stairs and has bruises all over his back side and upper arm. We are not the type of people to sue but my gosh it's ridiculous to have such a state of disrepair. When we closed the door in the master bedroom, it looked as if someone put their head thru the sheetrock. Who rents a place like that? The woman and man that run the place were beyond rude. I don't normally give bad reviews because I hate to affect a business, but I can NOT in good conscience let someone else visit this place without all the facts.

  Seaside Surprise

  We were traveling throughout Florida Thanksgiving week 2020. Probably says it all. Briny Street is a Great location. Staff and folks were very nice. We ended up in an inside first floor unit. Clean. Cute, but furnishings very outdated. TWO BATHS--that was awesome!! Unfortunately, since we were in the middle of the complex, we had zero view of anything. The yard was being re-seeded, and was just new, black dirt. The patio was half painted. Looks like they're working on it.
