  Lost

  Please put more specific address. When we used Grabcar apps, the driver send us to Shell residence. It was supposed to be the opposite of Shell residence. When we arrived to the main entrance of the residence, the staffs didn't know which tower the Prestige is located. Please put Tower B, MOA Sea Residence, Sunrise Drive, Pasay, Luzon 1300, Philippines. Got small roaches running across the floor.

  CROOKS!!!

  The people handling the administration of Prestige at Shell are absolute crooks! We paid for one room with 2 beds and were given another dirty one with only one bed which looked more like a storeroom than anything livable. Stop false advertising and stealing people's money. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You are ruining Philippines tourism. Shut down!!!!

  Horrific experience

  What was supposed to have been a pleasant day after traveling and dying for relaxation at one of the cozy rooms as per online pictures of the prestige at shell ended up to be the worst experience ever. Firstly i see no point of making reservations when payments cant be made upfront and then shell cant even secure the rooms long enough and only to be told at the last minute that reservations have been canceled. Then after finally securing a room, get there and sign for a room at the reception only to be given a different room from what was signed. As this was not enough, the room had only one bed to accommodate 4 people and told we would use a mattress on the floor that was dirty and had no space due to the crappy furniture. The money spent on the room was worth so much more and a hustle to get it back. To cut the story short, there is a lot of conning and no proper management to follow up on unsatisfied client complaints and this is bringing down the Philippine image of doing business especially to foreigners.
