Awful service ..not recommended at allI am writing the review while staying at this place and we fell off for their off season discount price but won't recommend anyone else to stay here. Do not get fooled by the exteriors of the resort the rooms are stinky with stinky beddings. Congested rooms and no service at all. The balcony looks good but then again we are not paying just to sit in the balcony. Seems like the owners of the property are not at all interested in maintaining the resort. They don't have intercoms in the room and so you have to walk downstairs for every small thing you need. The jetspray in our room was not working and went down to complain but they were hardly hothered to listen of solve the issue. Today morning we ordered tea and plain cheese sandwiches which were for RS 80 per sandwich and that is not reasonable at all. Just two slices of bread and a cheese slices for RS 80. Plus they were asking for the breakfast payment again and again as if we will leave without paying them. Bathrooms are not good at all and you will find earthworms all around the corridor and in rooms. Owner is very rude. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Do not go to this hotelThe description and photographs for this hotel are way out of dateThe trees around the paroprty are overgrown and stop light in the bedrooms. The bedrooms have very little clothes storage. In 2 weeks the bed linen was only changed the day before I left,The towels were never changed,The shower only gave hot water that became too hot with thcold supply being a trickle. The washbasin was cracke with no plug and only one tap which dispensed cold water. The waste bins were filthy and broken and the balcony was covered in dust and bits off the trees. The sunloungers were covered in a very thin, dirty grey mattress and the pool was full of bits off the trees. There is no bar or restaurant or proper dining room and the food is terrible. The one star is because the bed was comfortable.Avoid this hotel

Look AroundWe were venturing up Beach Road and seen the hotel advertising room rates at 999 rbs a night and decided to ask the manager to show us around, after walking down a dark brown brick corridor which had been varnished we were show in to room which upon seeing and smelling I thought it was the punishment block in, and just thought they must put you in here like the programme Banged Up Abroad seriously AVOID at costs cos if youre getting nicked in Goa youll end up here so behave.

Disrespectful ownerTwo of us got into a bad argument with the owner. We just asked him if the rooms had a view of the beach. He was very very rude and eventually asked us to get lost and leave the property. We haven't stayed there so I don't have a review of their services but there was no welcome from the entry gate itself.

Great staff, shame about the hotel.I arrived on 20th January 2020 and was due to leave on 22nd February but illness delayed my departure until 27th February. There was absolutely no problem with extending my stay and the receptionist Punam and manager Gilson went out of their way to make sure I was alright. On arrival, after check in, I was led across a cracked and broken courtyard, past a lovely looking swimming pool and shown upstairs to a room with a balcony which should have overlooked the pool. Unfortunately the palm trees are overgrown and restrict the view from the balcony. The room was large and spacious with a king size bed, a ceiling fan and air conditioning which proved very efficient. The housekeeping manager Sidish and his team did a great job of keeping my room fresh and clean for the duration of my stay with my bedding and towels changed every few days without the need to ask. On several occasions I got back to my room to find a complimentary bottle of wine or mango juice in the fridge. As I have said previously, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful in any dealings I had with them. However. Now the downsides. As I mentioned earlier, the courtyard one has to cross to go to the rooms is badly damaged and in serious need of repair. Most of the sunbeds around the pool are in a poor state of repair although a few of them were replaced whilst I was there. The mattresses on the sunbeds are flat, dirty, and uncomfortable. The pool surrounds have cracked and broken slabs, and empty bottles, cigarette butts and rubbish are strewn in the grass and under the bushes around the pool. On two occasions during my stay, the pool turned green with green slime on the bottom. The young man who usually looked after the pool told me on both occasions that he had no chemicals to put in the water and had to wait until given more. For me, this meant not using the pool for three days each time. Despite large notices detailing rules for the use of the pool, these were totally ignored by the majority of the guests who are Russion. A large number of these guests chose to party and drink the nights away around the pool and frequently partied around the pool from early evening until around seven in the morning without let or hinderance from the hotels night staff. There were numerous complaints made by guests whilst I was there but nothing changed. Breakfast was a buffet of eggs, omelette or boiled, masala potatoes, bread and butter and watermelon. Hot tea and coffee is provided with milk from an urn. As mentioned in previous reviews, the photographs of this hotel are very misleading as they were obviously taken some years ago. Would I stay here again? I am afraid not. The crumbling infrastructure poor maintenance and dedication to a client group who have no regard for other guests, means that sadly, I will not return. My thanks to all those mentioned
