  Este hotel está situado a unos 2 kms del centro de Koblenz. Algunas habitaciones están muy anticuadas y si vas a llegar tarde te tienes que llevar la llave de la habitación para poder entrar al regreso porque la recepción cierra por la noche.

  Staff very helpful

  Arrived at this hotel at midnight travelling by coach with Leger Holidays. First impression was what a dump. A welcome coffee or tea would have gone a long way to improve my mood but we were given our room keys and pointed in the direction. The room was truly a shock our view out of the window was of a roof. The room looked like a corridor but it was clean but badly in need of a refurbishment..But we were so tired that we just collapsed into bed. Didnt get a good nights sleep as there was no air conditioning or a fan. On the way to breakfast next morning I requested extra pillows and a fan both of which were waiting for us in our room when we returned later in the day. Now breakfast what a disappointment. There was rubbery scambled eggs and bacon. The fruit salad was obviously out of a tin. I thought I could fill up on some toast but no toast! Very poor. On the positive side all of the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Its not their fault that the hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Looking back on the experience we had such a great holiday that this didnt spoil it because we were so tired when we got back from our days out it was shower (always lots of hot water) and bed.

  Clean and comfortable

  Stopped here with a coach trip. It is on the out skirts of Koblenz but a good 20 min walk along the river bank will get you too the town . The breakfast selection was very good. The rooms very comfortable and clean . The staff were very helpful and spoke good English

  Tired

  This hotel was very disappointing.It was tired.needs a lot of money spending on it.We were on a trip with Lever travel and expected a better standard.it was not in a very good location.near to no attracts so our free time on the trip was wasted

  very comfortable hotel with easy acces to the city

  super nice host, welcomed us outside while we parked our bikes, helped storing them, advised on public transportation, very helpfuland friendly - all clean and comfy beds (no sofa beds!!!) Four bedroom- really had four beds! Great breakfast and we could sit outside!!!
