  Horrible hotel

  This hotel is not 5 stars hotel. The internet is not working. Not all the room is renovated and the curtain is not covering all the windows. The food in the dining room is medium. But in the restaurant in the lobby the food is good. The worst thing in this hotel is the staff!!! The staff is not nice, impatient, rough , definitely dont like kids!! The filing is that they dont like strangers. I and the other group will not be back again to this hotel.

  Ski holiday

  Had a wonderful stay hotel was beautiful immaculate clean staff was so friendly & kind they really make you feel welcome we came in early April for a ski holiday the mountains was so good to ski down definitely recommend and a sloap just outside hotel its a perfect location definitely recommend best hotel in ischgl :)

  Excellent

  My first stay in this hotel and I must say it is very good indeed. So far, I have stayed here for 5nights and couple more to go. The hotel amenities are very new and in modern style, the breakfast has great variety (I would like to have greater fresh fruit and berry choices). The spa area includes three different saunas (steam, bio and traditional) + pool and relaxation area, big enough and good enough after the boarding day in the mountains ;) The room is spacious, I had it with the balcony (dont know if other rooms have the same option), during the nights it might get loud as Ischgl is famous for partying, but this wasnt concern for me at all. The staff is well trained and motivated, especially I would like to thank the Concierge and ladies at front desk who did everything we asked for, ohh and yes, the guy who stands at the front door is amazingly positive ;) Within my last stay at Ischgl we were staying at nearby Trofana Royal, and to be honest I cant really say which of the hotels is better, both are meeting expectations, so my recommendation would be to try both. Good luck for the owners in business and my best regards for the Chef and staff, see you next year!!

  The nicest hotels Ive stayed in Ischgl

  Ive been to Ischgl many times and stayed in good hotels - Schloss is a step above, the key difference being the friendless of the staff and the attention they give - nothing has been too much trouble - the restaurant staff were absolutely some of the nicest Ive ever encountered. We loved the rooms and the spa, the bars and the restaurant. The only issue we had a was asking for a price list for ski hire in the basement shop - we got a simple no so we took our 450 and hired from a very friendly Adler instead. That said the hire shop guy became more friendly as the week wore on - maybe something was lost in translation. This did not diminish a fantastic stay we will most certainly be coming back.   Gorgeous Hotel at the base of the slopes

  I stayed here with my wife in January 2020 and we loved it. Has it's own ski shop, great restaurant/bar and very courteous staff. The pool with lounge chairs/beds were relaxing after a day of skiing and our spacious balcony overlooked the village of Ischgl with great views of the gondola. Great central location and the room was on the larger side for Europe. The staff booked us a room on special request when they appeared to be sold out at a great price and so I have nothing but love for this team. Best hotel in Ischgl.
